Madge and her AmeriPro team was excellent and professional. Madge talked me through the entire refinance process and apologized for all the federal regulations that we had to deal with. When I started looking at property with intent to purchase, my friend sent me to Madge Rashell for financing. To be more accurate, he INSISTED I use Madge. In fact, I started to suspect he was receiving kickbacks or sexual favors or something; he was SO emphatic. Now I understand. She's damn delightful. I mean, the whole package. She's good-looking, she's funny, she's personable, and she's smart. She gathered information about my financial situation and the purchase I intended to make, then she set about trying different scenarios to find me the best deal. She explained her thought process as she worked, showing me exactly what she meant (sometimes with graphs!), taking time to break things down further when I needed it (I'm a scared property-virgin). It was a thing of beauty, watching her work, learning other random wonderful things as we chatted along the way. It was fun, it was informative, and best of all: she got me a great rate. I realize I sound a bit like I've chugged the kool-aid. And, well...I have. But here's the thing: I also went by my bank. To see what they'd offer me. To test their refreshments, if you will. I received the bored please-fill-out-this-application-and-someone-will-contact-you-within-three-days approach. (Twice. Once I mentioned I'd gotten quotes from another source, and the lady remained robotic.) And, to top things off, their advertised low rates weren't as good as what Madge nabbed me in the end. I didn't really need to try my bank, though. The friend who sent me to Madge has excellent taste and only endorses the best. I appreciate that he fully researches and vets things, then I get to reap the benefits :) I should probably buy him dinner or something with the money I'm gonna save.
