Some extra work needed to be done on the second floor bc the floors were horribly uneven. Mike's colleagues Bob and Buddy did my floors in between other jobs. I was flexible with timing but they did the work asap.

I uploaded photos detailing the work that needed to be done and they contacted me immediately to set up an estimate. While setting up the appointment I explained to them that this is NOT my house and although it is not my house and NOBODY will be home, the homeowner gave us permission to be on his property without anyone being there. The day of the appointment passes, matter of fact several days pass after the appointment date and no communication was sent out to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. I finally reach out to them myself and ask what the outcome was and they continue to explain to me that they went there but nobody was home. Not sure where the confusion was when I explained it just about as clear as I could and then for them to not contact me 1) while on site or 2) after they left is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend using there services as they do not handle their business appropriately. I was under the impression that I was contacted when I put this request of work out because people wanted to make money, I guess not.

I locked my keys and my belongings, in my car. I contacted DBMS Locksmith which serves Lee County…read moreand nearby areas of Southwest Florida. During the initial contact, I was not informed of the price for the services even though an address was provided. I was expecting a range from $100-$250. There was no agreement on a price. The company's description on Google stated that they served the area in which I was located. To my understanding, this meant the city was not out of the limits of where they were willing to provide services. A man showed up ready to work on my vehicle. I stood next to my vehicle and observed him attempting to open my passenger door. He tried the first time with a tool I was not familiar with and could not get it to open. He then proceeded to grab another tool and attempt to pry the door open enough for him to insert a tool into the door. At this point, he was not able to pry the door open while he was inserting the other tool so he asked me for my assistance. I was pushing the tool that was prying the door open while he struggled to insert the other tool into the passenger door. This took about two attempts in which I was also working alongside him. Once the door was open, I asked him for the price of the service and he informed me that he had to make a call to what I assume was his boss. His boss would then be the one responsible for giving me the prize, even though he was not present. He called his boss and his boss informed me that the price would be $345. This price caught me by surprise as it is quite the amount for the service provided. I was aware that due to my own negligence, I would have to pay; however, I did not think this was fair or reasonable. I voiced my concern and asked the boss if we could come to an agreement since the price did not seem fair for the service provided. The boss was not receptive at all to my concerns and was audibly frustrated with my unwillingness to pay quickly. The boss informed me that he expected all the money. As a woman working in a rural town, I was not comfortable arguing with men about money. I transferred the $345 to the boss through zelle. I believe that if I am reaching out to a professional for their professional work, I do not expect myself to be found in a position where I am working alongside the professional to solve the issue, especially when I am paying such a hefty price. The boss's tone was very unprofessional and rude. He sounded audibly frustrated that I was not paying quickly. He was neither understanding or receptive. He gave no explanation foe the price and was unwilling to hear my concerns with the service. As a customer this was very disappointing. I was uncomfortable and felt pressured to send the money quickly. Further, visible dents were left on my car as no precautions were took. For the price, I believe this is very unprofessional. If you want help during an already stressful situation this is not the company to call. They are both predatory and unprofessional.

My Naples home was built in1993. I bought it in 2014. The two-car garage door opened and closed…read moreproperly until I managed to derail it off its tracks in 2016. I recall someone giving me a phone number to call which put me in touch with Yosef who responded within 24 hours and got it back on its track while replacing the opener with a new Chamberlain model with a belt drive and replaced the spring for my lightweight door. I happily paid Joe and put him in my phone's contact list. Time passes, the remaining original parts of my garage door as do I. We both move less smoothly and the door now makes enough noise when operating to drown out the imagined creaking sounds I imagine my joints make. Bright sunlit days make the door finicky so while it always opens, sometimes I have to hold the button while it closes to the floor to ensure it does not simply stop, reverse direction and taunt me by opening again. In 2026 I put my house up for sale and realize nobody wants a finicky and noisy garage door so I decide to get quotes from two or three companies. The appointment with the first unnamed company results in my two- hour window wait without anyone showing up so I leave, About an hour later I get a call saying he's there waiting for me. He apologizes but he was running late. I tell him I get it that it's unpredictable as to how long a job may take but remind him that a phone call would have been nice. My time is valuable too, even though I'm retired. He offers to reschedule and I say don't bother. The second company's young guy who shows up on time and in about sixty seconds concludes myth opener needs a new motherboard while ignoring the excessive noise and jerkiness of its operation. He tells me I can't replace the motherboard alone and states I need an entirely new opener including a new drive assembly and a new spring for $1250. Guy's a genius! Doesn't need to inspect anything besides a cursory look to see how old the Chamberlain opener from 2016 is. I ask for an estimate in writing that will give me both a labor and parts list cost, He doesn't really want to be bothered but says okay. I'm not getting good vibes. For my third quote, I go into my contact list and call Yosef. I get a machine and leave him a message hoping he is well and wondering if he is still in business. He is! His tech named Valav arrives and I dutifully run the door up and down. He then goes to the rails and looks at the roller bearings and shows me the clearly visible misalignment what 33 years of wear and one collapse off the rails has done, He checks the 2016 Chamberlin opener, the belt drive and the spring and declares they do not need repair or replacement. He further checks the steel strand cable on each side of the door which bears the weight of the door as it it wound around a small drum which raised the door. He suggests replacing them as rust is prevalent, will continue to consume the steel strands until they give way. It all makes sense to me and I can see it. I ask what this will cost prepared to blink. I do blink! He quotes $449.70 for everything including the knowledge I gained about my garage door. The moral of the too long tale is that Yosef's Amby Garage Door Service is more than fair with their pricing, aren't trying to sell you something you don't need, will take the time to properly diagnose your problem and help you understand the importance and role of the components comprising a garage door and opener system. I've give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you! Paul

DC ROOFING IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! They did a…read morephenomenal roof replacement job! From the moment they started our seamless aluminum metal roof replacement I was beyond impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything transpired. David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start -- responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They're skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area -- driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool -- is carefully covered. There are photos showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. I have included wide shots of the organized tear-off phase, the clean installation of the new underlayment, close-up of the protected garage and dumpster area, workers during installation, aerial of the roof, and front of the house, and rear of the house, etc. After dealing with several unprofessional roofing companies in the past (poor communication and surprise costs), working with DC Roofing has been a refreshing and confident experience. I'm thrilled with how our roof replacement project turned out. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL FROM START TO FINISH! If you're looking for honest, professional service with excellent communication and high-quality workmanship. On a side note, they did an equally phenomenal job installing our new rain gutters as well, and yes they installed our rain gutters, they did not sub them out!! I highly recommend DC Roofing! You'll be happy you selected them and be thanking me for doing all the research in finding them.

His workers found that our roof had some loose and cracked tiles, and they repaired them for free. No charge for the estimate or the work. We were shocked and relieved since another vendor quoted us over $600 for fixing the tiles, and then another $4400 for additional work he said we needed. A total of over $5,000. David said we didn't need the extra work the other vendor suggested and had his men check to make sure. We highly recommend DC roofing for his integrity and customer service. All our friends and neighbors who recommended him had told us he was a fair and honest guy. We learned from our experience that he lives up to this reputation.
