Gary took our call right away and was able to make an appointment to take care of re-keying our newly purchased condo that same day. Gary showed up exactly on time with a mask on. He took the time to not only re-key the front door, but to suggest keying the storage room with the same lock so we wouldn't have the hassle of two separate keys. The best thing was the door was equipped with a Schlage Home keyless entry lock which we had no idea how to reprogram. Gary took a lot of time to figure out how to remove the old master code and reprogram the lock and coordinate it with the internet! He charged us the same price as he did to re-key the doors for something that we couldn't do ourselves and had us up and running in no time. I locked my keys in my car as I was heading back home to Georgia and called Gary at Sterling Locksmiths. He was there within 20 minutes (after the first person I called said it would be 2 hours and the second person I called said he could not help me). The job was harder than he anticipated (because of the security system in my car) but he wasn't giving up!!
