Jorge sent an estimate that was a generic Xactimate report that did not address the scope provided or answer the written questions I sent multiple times. It concluded the structure was "dry" but included no inspection documentation or moisture readings. The work authorization also listed a contractor license that is expired, and when I asked for the active license number and contracting entity, I was directed to the CSLB search page rather than being given the information requested. After several weeks of trying to resolve these issues, I requested a refund for the estimate fee.
