Water heater drama! I woke one morning to a wet spot in my carpet. Couldn't figure out how water could have gotten there and quickly realized my water heater was on the other side of the wall. Well, it was leaking! I had the heater replaced that same day but found that the water had gotten into the sheet rock. Not good. Fortunately, I had worked with Bravo before so I knew to call them right away. Bravo to the rescue, again! They sent someone out to assess the damage right away. The following business day, I received a call from Nicole to go over the plan and the team was sent out to start the clean up. The hallway of my apartment was flooded. Bravo services responded promptly and immediately set up equipment to dry my ceiling. The gentlemen were polite and professional. They explained what they were doing for each step. Alex made sure that cords were tapped down and out of my way so I did not trip. They made no mess and moved personal items of mine so they would not be damaged. Jose and Christopher returned to check my ceiling. Again they assured me that they would do they utmost to make a minimum mess and came prepared with heavy duty plastic. Fortunately their equipment had dried my ceiling and no further work needed to be done. They immediately removed the fans and tape. In Summer of 2022, we had a water leak in our house the day before a trip that couldn't be rescheduled. Bravo was at our house within two hours cleaning up the damage, while a plumber stopped the leak. They also set up industrial dehumidifiers. Another Bravo rep came to appointment with our contact and was there for the insurance company. The women who came to our rescue were thorough and had a good attitude, as did Tony from Bravo, who helped days later. I got a roof leak a couple of days before Christmas. Bravo came out quickly and took care of the affected area. The drywall had to be replaced and my cabinets had to be removed, which made me quite nervous as they are only about a year old. But they were taken down safely. Beto was working on my project and helped put my kitchen back together. He put the cabinets back up by himself, which was very impressive! He was very nice and didn't very nice work! read more

We were referred to Bravo Construction by our insurance company as a "trusted partner" to complete a repair to our house after a car rolled into it and damaged an outside wall. After stringing me along for 4 months and sending 4 different company representatives to my home for inspections and estimates, they recently reached out to say our project was out of their "scope" and they won't complete the repair. If I can give more stars, I will. I could not tell you how professional and honest these people are. I had a main water pipe cracked at the foundation and One Way Plumbing was helping me to clean up and notified me that I might need to clean up the water in the foundation. The team from Bravo immediately responded to my request and contacted me and sent a technician the same morning to check for the water situation and the moisture barrier. At the end of the day, it was a positive news that the crawl space is big enough that the moisture will be dried out by itself with enough ventilation. I got this good news from them and they assured me that my moisture barrier is still intact and working and even check my sump pump to ensure it is working properly. At the end, this is the most detail investigation I can ask for from a professional group like them. Since no additional work is done and they did not charge me. If you are not engaging their service, I think you are going to miss out a lot in this case. From now on, they will be on my list to call whenever I need any moisture removal or mold removal. I discovered a leak in a line going to my hot water heater on a Friday afternoon. After finding a plumber to stop the leak, my next call was to Bravo. Mayra and Suzana were here within hours to start the drying process. Over the next week, Luis kept in touch daily to update me on the progress and, finally, one week later the area is dry and everything is back to normal. This is the third time I have used Bravo and each time their service has been unparalleled. I recommend them without reservations. read more

Bravo Restoration was highly professional addressing a mold problem in my closet. Luis was prompt at returning my phone call. I was given an estimate in a timely manner. Questions were answered clearly and the process was completed in a couple of days. Myra and a co-worker, who performed the work, wore masks, carefully put plastic down on the floor and sealed the room to reduce odor. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would use Bravo Restoration again. This is an update: After months of communications between AAA, adjusters and Bravo over charging substantial amounts for standard repairs, we are still not satisfied with the way Bravo has treated us. $7500 to paint a pantry thats 3 x 2 feet? And missing shelves, damages our stove so it would need to be replaced, charges items that were never purchased and inflated the price by 5 times the industry standard. They sub-contract painters who came to the house at 8:30pm to do work. According to the contract, they are not suppose to sub-contract. Took 4 - 5 months and $15,000 for Bravo to patch sheetrock, hook up the heater and do sloppy painting? NOW we are lefts with a SMALL budget after Bravo (with their inflated costs) did minimal as possible. We had no kitchen, no down stairs bathroom, or living room for nearing 8 months. This is unacceptable. They tried to save themselves by responding but the reality is, they haven't mends anything. They lie, inflate the prices because its an insurance claim and try to cover it up. At this point, unless they can do a reasonable adjustment on the industry standards for the cost of repairs and do a reimbursement, this review will stay live for everyone to be warned. read more

Bravo helped us out when a windy rainstorm peeled part of our flat roof back on a house we had just bought. Our insurance recommended them (USAA). They came out ASAP to glue down and tarp the roof for a quick temporarily fix, and left fans and a dehumidifier to help dry out the interior where the water had dripped through. We had to call them back several times because the roof was still leaking, or the tarp/sandbags were coming loose, but they were always quick to come out within the hour of calling (even at late hours!) to try and resolve the issue. They ended up having to tear off part of our ceiling to get it to dry as well. To top it all off, all of this madness came as I was expecting my baby, and they were very kind and considerate to work around my induction schedule to try and get everything done before we had a newborn in the house. When the owner of a business either does not listen, or choses to engage in denial or deception, would you want to do business with that company?? Please read my comprehensive review focusing on multiple instances of POOR SERVICE from Bravo that I posted on July 19. Then, read the response from the owner posted on December 1. This response contains denial and deception of the discussion I had with Denise, the owner of Bravo. Whereas because of the many instances of POOR SERVICE , I did ask for $100, I NEVER stated I would not post the review if I did not receive it. I never stated I wanted the $100 to go to a fancy restaurant. Moreover, during our discussion, the owner began to use the words "bribe" , apparently to use in her response (it took her almost 5 months) as an apparent attempt to discredit the validity of my specific comments of POOR SERVICE. I simply asked for the $100 because the pro project management resulted in delays and additional days to complete my job, One of the workers from BRAVO specifically informed me of this! I URGE potential customers to consider other companies before doing business with Bravo. READ the other reviews like Paul F from November 17, 2021who states: "BRC does not know what they are doing. Their project managers do not know anything..." This was also my experience. ASK YOURSELF: Do you want to risk your restoration needs with a company that may or may not do a quality job?? Bravo Restoration did a great job taking care of my kitchen drain pipe leak damage in the too small crawlspace. So good and thorough I had them take over for another company regarding another water damage area that was in my bathroom, in which they removed the damaged underlayment and dried the area with humidifiers and fans to get it ready for a remodel. Thanks to Mayra, Mikey, Gy'Vaughn, Dana and one other who helped fixed the crawlspace damage under the kitchen and also installed new moisture barrier in that area. Tiles and a shower base in our first-floor bathroom had wetness and damage beneath them causes by a sewer line back-up. In two teams, Mayra, Dana, Susana, and Tony took on the work with energy and focus. They prepared the demolition work by: *protecting the floor of our home with paper and the bathroom vanity and mirror with plastic; *removing and carefully storing the bathroom door, commode, and the shower's brass frame and glass; and *sealing the bathroom with a zip-up plastic entry. Once the rest of our home was protected, they worked numerous hours with efficiency and professionalism to remove the tiles and a stall shower base from the concrete slab they were on. After their equipment dried the wet places, they removed the debris, cleaned up everything, and disinfected the whole room. Excellent all around work. read more

There was an accident where a truck ran into the corner of the house. USAA referred this company to us. They came out quickly and that is the last thing they did in a timely way. They did put up the scaffolding - but the garage was not usable for our tenants. Months passed before the work was done. Had we not suggested a good stucco person I fear the work would have been finished in a substance manner because they were ready to paint before it was time to. When and if your company recommends this company consider finding another contractor and ask to use them. Had we to do this over again, we would insist on shopping around. read more
