From beginning to end, Gregg came out and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He walked the property with me, made thoughtful suggestions about optimal camera placement, and clearly knows his craft. His guidance made a big difference in getting the best setup. The entire process was seamless--paperwork and sign-up were easy, payment was simple, and everything was handled in a very professional and organized way. Installation day was just as impressive. The team was prompt, respectful, and extremely skilled. Their workmanship is clean and precise--no messy wires, everything looks polished and intentional. They even cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, which I really appreciated. Communication throughout was excellent. They were responsive, clear, and kept me informed every step of the way. You can tell they're very experienced, but also genuinely kind and unbelievably thoughtful in how they work with their clients. If you're considering wired cameras or a doorbell system, I highly recommend them. This is exactly the kind of professional, high-quality service you hope for.

Happily, this gave us the opportunity to finally upgrade our 10+-year-old surround sound wiring with a more modern, sleeker setup. We reached out to Intellihome, they heard our ideas, added a few additional quality-of-life features that we hadn't even thought of, and got to work. Im not sure what I was expecting, but the end result exceeds even those vague expectations. The new wiring is a big future-proofing upgrade, wires are tucked neatly into the wall, and as you can see in my photo, there are zero cables hanging from the TV -- a crucial feature when you have four curious, chaotic cats. Intellihome was extremely easy to work with, exceedingly professional, and they do great work. When we eventually opt for further surround sound upgrades, we'll be calling Intellihome.

Zeb not only installed the wall mount but also put it together! 5. I appreciated the customer ed on how to reposition TV without unplugging it by accident (it had a short cord). I'll be hiring them if I need help with more stuff!

I've hired them to do two more projects, one for my sick brother, one for myself. The one for myself was about a $4k project installing sonos all around my house. The bought and delivered the Sonos. One of the big sound bars was broken. They were supposed to replace. That was 6 months ago. At first he was keeping me updated and then he slowly stopped responding, then just texting and giving excuses. Now we even have issues with the work they provided being unstable connection, didn't fall best practices with the product, etc. He has $850 of mine and has no gone completely dark and will not respond or answer my texts. I would not trust this company with my money or my family. It's so sad to watch someone completely ruin their own good name and reputation like this. I've heard his work is suffering from two of my friends that used him as well.

    This review is based strictly on my "curbside pickup" experience. This honestly could not have…read moregone any better if I'd called ahead and told the pick-up staff that I'd tip whoever could get me my order the fastest $1,000. I was worried that there would be a long wait based on all of the disclaimers on their web page, as well as a previous experience at a different location that took almost 40 minutes to complete my pickup. There were clearly-marked dedicated "curbside pickup" parking spaces right at the front of the store. I pulled in, and didn't even have to to the mobile check-in, an employee was outside asking me if I had an order to pick up as soon as I arrived. I showed her my "ready for pickup" e-mail, she said she'd grab my order, and literally had it to me in about thirty seconds. She was extremely friendly, cheerful, and helpful, and I've never had a more perfect curbside pickup experience. This location doesn't seem to be as busy as most of the others, which probably helps, but even considering this, the service I received was completely over the top. I'm VERY impressed. Well done, Best Buy!

And they made the 13 year old wait for 20 minutes... while the employees head to the back room to talk... come back out and told her it's now "ONE PER HOUSEHOLD" so they won't sell her any!! What kind of Company are you running where employees can change their sales policy based on their in the moment feelings?! I would like to get this investigated! Why?! No management, no policy! For a family who makes purchases at Best Buy other than little things here and there! We have purchased TV's laptop, AirPods, Machine Washers. I will NEVER make another purchase here!     Trust Rewarded…read more Although I was a long-term owner of an audio store in eastern Iowa, back during the dawn of serious home and car audio, I had been retired from the business for well over 20 years. I recently got the desire to bring the audio system in my 2007 Mazda CX-9 out of the dark ages and into the present. I had acquired the equipment after a lot of research but needed someone to install the system for me. After doing some additional research on nearby stores that provided installation services, I noticed Stereo King here in Gresham. Although they had a lot of great reviews they also had a noticeable amount of 1 star reviews although virtually all of them were from 10 years ago. Knowing that all it takes to hurt a store's reputation is just one bad apple, and that this one was likely long gone, I decided to take a chance and check them out in person. My first interaction was with Chris and he seemed to be both helpful and knowledgeable. After getting a feel for the store I decided to invest in some Mesa door kits to provide some needed sound deadening for my doors along with some Fast Rings which would help to enclose and isolate the 5.25" woofers in my four doors. My installation was set up for approximately a week later so that gave me plenty of time to write up a detailed list of equipment to be installed with my ideas for where it would be installed and roughly how I expected it to be dialed in given my personal tastes while also taking into consideration my noticeably reduced high frequency hearing. I emailed this to Chris and he forwarded it to Jeff a day before the install was to be done. As you can probably tell by now, I am pretty meticulous and particular as to what I wanted to achieve. Now maybe Chris and Jeff were going above and beyond because of my 28 years in the business but if that was the case they certainly didn't make it seem that way. When I met Jeff on the day of the install I quickly felt more at ease because of his pleasant demeanor but also due to both his apparent knowledge and years of experience, so that was a relief. The job that he and his assistant, James, had to do would be time consuming even though this was not a super custom job. Having been in the business, I knew that installers can sometimes get called away from a job to give a customer a consultation about how a potential installation might go and what it would cost. Having been retired for nearly 20 years I readily encouraged them to roll over to a second day to finish my job if it was needed knowing that this would take some pressure off of them. So, how did it all go? Well, I have to say that the Stereo King team certainly met my expectations and the install both looked good and sounded as I expected it would. The system consisted of a new head unit, a reasonably powerful 5-channel amplifier, two pairs of component speakers and a sealed sub-woofer in addition to the Mesa sound deadening material and Fast Rings. Throughout the process both Chris and Jeff were great to deal with and they provided good suggestions when they were needed. I think that if a customer knows what they want to achieve and can effectively communicate how they want their system to sound the Stereo King team certainly seems to have both the equipment and the know how to make it all happen for you. My thanks go out to both Chris, Jeff and James for the time they spent with me and the results they produced.
