    Have used Wesley Reck a few times. Always the same pattern. Gives an estimate range ; $ between$…read more At the end of the job the cost is always the higher range and him telling you that something else need to be done that will cost extra. Same approach with all his quotes. Had him out to give an estimate on a leak in my crawl space. Quote range was provided. He did the work for the leak at the higher range of the quote, but a few hours later the pipe was still leaking worse than before. He was back the next day but was unable to correct the leak. No surprise, he needed to do additional work that would be an additional cost. This was Tuesday 12/30/2025, and he said he could get the job done after the holidays. Needless to say we had another Plummer come in, the next day, Wednesday 12/31/2025, and had the leak fixed within an hour. We had paid Wesley Reck that Monday evening after he told us that the leak was fixed. Requested a partial refund when he was out the second time and unable to fix the issue. He declined stating he did his job. Basically, Wesley Reck is very responsive to perspective customers' call and will be out to give an estimate. However, his estimates are very haphazard and so is the quality of his work and there will always be additional issue related to the original job for which he was called to look at. I WILL NEVER AGAIN HIRE R&D HOME SERVICES LLC.!!!!!!!!

    Brian from B&B Plumbing told my rental company that he had been in contact with me for days and…read morethat I denied him entry when he showed up to fix my plumbing issue. This was not true. I waited all day for him to arrive on Tuesday the 9th of February and he never arrived. I have called him multiple times since, and when he does answer, he states that he, "might be there tomorrow." I have been unable to shower or use the toilet or sinks in weeks, and he refuses to give a simple date or time that he can come out to fix the issue. Brian puts emotion into his job, procrastinates and ignores phone calls, raises his voice and curses on the phone, and does not conduct himself professionally. I do not expect this company to ever show up and fix my plumbing issue.

Since my significant other has been staying with me, anytime he called the plumber we have been told that he will "get there when he gets there" with no time estimation or time frame to look for. Due to a death in the family the week the work order was placed (Feb. 8th 2021), a delay in response was apparently the cause of him not calling or scheduling time to fix this property. The plumber stated that originally he was denied entry to the property, which was untrue because he waited all day on Tuesday Feb.9th for him to show up. I understand the snow has caused all sorts of havoc and everyone is delayed but my significant others home is uninhabitable and he can't use the restroom without sewage flowing into the bath tube, can't wash dishes without the sink filling up and not draining/causing sewage to go into the restroom, or shower because of the nasty sewage in the bathtub/shower. It has been frustrating trying to schedule a time due to the plumbers lack of response and busy schedule. I am very disappointed in the response time and hope that our encounter when he eventually comes to my boyfriends property is more pleasant and productive.

    Called them to service a an AprilAire humidifier. Quick response brought a service tech who was…read morevery knowledgeable. The problem was partially a saddle valve on the water supply. The supply line was repaired and the humidity tested. Could not get the 45% humidity I wanted, but an explanation from the tech was that rarely could you achieve this unless a steam humidifier is installed. Too expensive for me to consider. Getting 35 to 40 % humidity which I accept.

S. into your house. He did nothing but complain about the cat smell from the second he came in the door. My house does nit smell. I just had another of their techs in my house a week before and he managed to stand in that same room and talk for 15 minutes. I also had 2 other people in there and no smell. Anyway I suggested since he thought it smelled so bad to just leave and I would reschedule with some other tech. Nope he decided to stay. So I sprayed to get rid of the smell that wasn't there to start with. He went back to the office and told them he was violently ill after he left due to the conditions and smell. So they told me they cancelled my service contract!!! Wait. WHAT? Because of this techs B S. I said send someone out to check out the basement and see he gave them BS. Nope won't do that. But we'll cancel your contract and refuse service. My opinion. Jerk move! All based on 1 persons perspective. Don't bother to talk to any other service techs that have been there from their company. Why waste your time getting the truth. I have used this company for over 20 years. Moving on to a company that cares about their customers and cares about the truth. ​
