You know my agent recommended AAA Lendings and I really did not want to leave a 1 star review…read more However, after going through the loan process and almost losing my down payment and almost making a late payment. I can't walk away without sharing my experience with this group. The entire loan process started out great. However when it came time to close they required additional information regarding my student loan. I provided that information but their loan officer wanted an unofficial email that says my student loans are in forbearance. Even though I contacted my loan servicer and provided an official letter. So that was the first part of it, but what lead me to this review is when I got the letter telling me that they transferred my loan. The information they gave me to who I am to make my payments with was incorrect. Before I emailed the loan officer I worked with, I emailed their accounting team, which they said to contact if I had trouble setting up my payment. They did not respond until my loan officer CC'd me. Their response was to tell me to register before I can start making payments. Well I did try to register but AAA Lendings accounting department gave me the wrong account number so I was unable to register. When I told them that I was getting a message telling me my account number was incorrect during the registration process. They responded telling me that maybe my information has not been registered on the servicers side. I replied back asking them to verify the account number. They finally checked and said that the team that sent the letter sent the wrong account number and that they will have them revised and send out the letter with the correct information. They did in the same email provide me the correct number. AAA Lendings team really need to get their act together. I would expect a higher level of professionalism from a company that is handling home loans.
