Jenny was patient and worked to ensure we got the best rate possible even though we had some delays due to issues on my end. She is not pushy at all but she is very responsive via phone and text! At the end of last year, she notified us it was a good time to refinance and I am so so glad she did. Although we were on the fence about it at first, after 2 months we decided to put some more thought into it and shopped around. We called her back and she was still able to give us the best rate on the market. I already recommended Jenny to my friends and family. Considering Jenny has been with this company for years, they are trustworthy; a bonus was that Jenny speaks English and Chinese so she was able to answer any questions my family had that I could not translate myself.
