Tiffany Bagalini answered the phone and said that Dennis has retired and she's the current and new owner/broker of Julian Realty. We decided to go with Tiffany after talking to her and got a good vibe about her and what she has done with the office. Our decision to list our property with Tiffany was the right one. Tiffany is very professional, diligent, and follows through on every aspect of the transition. She put together an amazing marketing video using AI that makes our property look like a perfect property with a dream home perched on a hill. Honestly, it made me want to buy it again. In a down vacant land market, we got two offers within a week of the listing. We went with a buyer who loved it so much that they pushed for a 7-day escrow. That was the best and quickest escrow close that we ever experienced. We highly recommend Julian Realty and Tiffany. If you ever have any need to buy or sell properties in Julian or anywhere in the San Diego area, contact Tiffany. You will not be disappointed with her services.

Our family has lived in San Diego for over 50 years and I have made many trips with relatives or visitors up to the quaint mountain town of Julian and had always loved it. This spring some relatives came to town and we decided to take a trip to Julian. It was such a beautiful ride, leaving the hustle and bustle of a growing San Diego and driving up through the mountains for little over an hour with only two stop lights in San Diego and one stop sign in Julian sealed the deal for me. While we were walking through town I decided to stop in at the Julian Realty office. Tiffaney Bagalini, realtor and owner of Julian Realty was the only one in the office at that time. We chatted and I told her I might be interested in looking at some Julian property. She gave me some available listing information and her card and I left. My first impression was that she didn't try to push me into anything, just a friendly "here's some information, give me a call if you have any questions". I was impressed!! And I did call her several weeks later. It was a spur of the minute call to see some property I had seen on Zillow. Tiffany was showing some property in the desert so her colleague, Nicole McMillan met us and showed us the property that was available. Nicole was terrific, she also was not pushy. Let us wander around, was very familiar with all four of the properties and answered all our questions. I walked in to one of the properties and immediately knew that this was the one that I wanted. And so, my team, Tiffaney and Nicole started working on a complicated 1031 exchange for the property in Julian. This of course entailed working with my realtors in Idaho, bankers, exchange accomadators, escrow companies in different states, home insurers, the seller of the property in Julian and a very specific time frame. And they did it! I am so impressed on how efficiently they pulled all those entities together, gathered all the information, arranged all the inspections, and helped get quotes for all the repairs that were needed before the deal could close. Well done ladies, I am so appreciative of all your hard work, I love my new home. I highly recommend Tiffaney and Nicole and Julian Realty.

We did our research this time and he showed up with hundreds of 5 star reviews and has bought/sold many in our neighborhood. We told him that we are not sure when to sell as we felt it was too early in the season, he did not pressure us at all, he came for another visit when we decided to move forward, he walked us through the process, we went through every step to prepare the home for showing.  Professional photographer and 3d modeling were done by his team, the post was very professional, posts showed as hot and there were thousands of hits, we had a full weekend packed with viewings and many offers. Sam drove them up and we got multiple offers significantly above asking. Sam pointed out an issue with one of the offers and advised us against it even though it was the highest. Sam also got us a free rent back which helped in our transition to the new home. For the buying, we viewed many homes, it was very competitive, though we missed on several homes, we eventually landed one among the best we bid on in the heart of the area we were looking. During that time Sam was very patient, he never said he was busy, never pushed us to decide, gave his opinion when we asked. Michelle followed up on multiple issues and emails and was responsive. We had not planned to buy, but we really liked what we saw. Not having planned ahead, we had lots of questions about living in Borrego Springs, maintaining a property in the desert and purchasing a home in a relatively remote, small town. Being a full-time resident and full-time realtor in Borrego Springs, David was able to answer all of our questions. We made an offer and David went to work. As it turned out, the sellers didn't expect their vacation home to sell just days after it was listed. They didn't live close by and they really weren't prepared to sell so quickly. The sellers seemed inclined to drag their feet for their own reasons, but David & Patty diplomatically kept the deal steadily moving forward, which couldn't have happened without Road Runner Realty's well-established relationships with all of the service providers needed to complete a real estate transaction in Borrego Springs.
