Great to work with. My wife and I met Chris when we scheduled to see a property that he was the selling agent for. We were getting started looking at homes and although there were many real estate agents we met along the way, we liked Chris because he wasn't pushy or super "salesy". We ended up going through with purchasing a property that had a long escrow period due to issues (roof/water related) with the place. We ended up having the seller do a lot of work ($20K+) to get the property in good shape and then came down on the purchase price and closing costs. In addition, Chris helped coordinate with our mortgage broker on some items given they were being very difficult in the process. In the end, we moved into the property and are happily living there now.
