When the appointment starts late you generally get a very short treatment. For the first time today I was going to be late by 15-20 minutes and I called to explain and ask if I could still have a shorter treatment. I was told not to come and charged anyway! Really shoddy treatment considering how long I've been going, and especially as not once in 15 + years has anyone there apologised for the long wait times.

I was at a total loss of what to do and my GP couldn;t help me at all and an NHS waiting list would take forever. A friend recommended I see Dr Hacault and I haven't looked back. The pain didn't go straight away but soon I started feeling better and have been going very regularly since and I feel not only well but confident now that I can do things that I wouldn;t have dared to do before because I knew it would put my back out. In the last few months I have done a couple of things which made me think 'Oh no, I won't be able to move tomorrow!' and yet I was fine and I attribute this largely to the skilled and gentle hands of Dr Hacault. The offices are located just next to the main car park and yet are calming and quiet. This makes it the ideal place to go for an appointment. The office is clean and light with fantastic receptionists on at all times. Everyone is friendly and helpful and always cherry. The annual appointment is long and yet the same fee is paid as when a normal appointment is booked. You never feel rushed and everyone is very professional. My cousin is some sort of investigator of chiropractors and he's questioned me about this clinic and they came out with flying colours so when another professional approves it, surely that's high praise indeed! By the second of my visits the trapped nerve was no longer a problem and Mark could get to work on the many problems that had accumulated over the last twenty years since the accident that had caused my neck injury. One such problem which became very much an overriding issue was my tennis elbow and it was obvious, given its severity, that this was an issue that had to be addressed before others could be tackled. I was very surprised when I was told that I could be helped with the use of acupuncture which Mark could administer. This is an ongoing condition which has gained some relief from receiving this treatment. So it's not just the manipulation of ones limbs but also acupuncture that is available at Mark's practice.
