I was disgusted with the poor customer service and behaviour of the receptionist who shut at my little one leaving him absolutely traumatised. This place was trendy and Recommended when DR Levin was around, Since he retired is not the same anyone, there is no a customer service, Staff is out of touch and doesn't care and Receptionsit need extra training not only how to handle their behaviour but how to speak to people and children! Disappointing and after over so many years using practise myself I will not return there ever again!

Every time I have been at their practice they have made me wait for good 30 minutes. On one occasion, I was late by 12 minutes but they charged me for the full appointment without seeing me and they were charging me another £75 for rescheduling the appointment. I complained to the practice manager, however, she only apologised. So in a nutshell they can make you wait for 40 minutes but when you are late you get charged. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE EVER!!!

I was booked a emergency appointment, only to find out my wisdom tooth need taken out, that little buggar!! Mrs Jyoti Puri-Chadha was friendly and helpful. The next time I came was because one of my tooth filling had come out and needed replacing. The other time I came due to my penchant for sweet things, I came for a check up to discover I needed more filling arrrrhhhh annoying!! The lovely Dentist I had Dr Abbas Dhalla was again very friendly and gave great advice on the these two occasions. Casio Dental surgery is a fine lookin surgery! The reception area has nice neutral colours, and plenty magazines to whittle away the time before you are seen. I have to say the waiting time has been short for me. The reception desk staff are helpful, and I love all the freebie toothpastes with the the leaflets on carling for your teeth. My last checkup on my discovery of having holes in my teeth, I have not gone back to get them fixed, because I'm practising how to heal myself, so I won't be needing the Dentist anymore, but this surgery is highly recommended.

Instead, this is a straight forward one dentist/one assistant type operation - so you feel like you get some personal care because you always see the same person. Plus the are both without doubt the nicest dentist/assistant I've ever been to. Appointments are precise with waiting and they don't muck you about at all. There's no upselling, and it just makes everything easy. The pricing structure is sensible and very clear. Top notch.

My previous dentist had gone wholly private, so I needed somewhere local quickly. It's not an NHS dentist, but rather an Independent dentist, so the prices and services arent as cheap as NHS - but are still very reasonable (compared to Private pricing anyway). The surgery is clean and well managed. Staff are friendly and the dentist always makes me feel at ease. She only does work when it is absolutely necessary too and doesnt do stuff for the sake of it. Seperate Hygienist services are offered too, and a special Saturday morning surgery is available for booking if you have trouble fitting an appt in during the week.
