I never had to make a request more than once (to remind them), and the ladder they used even had those soft feet at the end so it didn't bang against the side of my house. I also didn't see any of the small mistakes that I find contractors often make (eg trampling something I asked them to avoid). Oh and their price was lower than others I had gotten estimates from.

I asked if the part was covered under warranty and he said no even as I explained I just bought the unit. I contacted the property manager who said it was in fact under warranty. Not the friendliest people and in a big rush to go to the next job. The property manager told me nothing was broken and he should not have pulled all the wires out and lost a screw. I doubt the tech was even certified. Big rip off. He was going to charge me $320 for the part and service. I will chose another service tech for my next service.
