Dr Ginsburg, Sommer (RN), Resident EM (Haroon) and Check in Staff were excellent, caring and went above my expectations. I thought I had COVID after returning from an international trip. However, some nurses, other staff are constantly on their cellphones neglecting the patients. As a result, it slows down the process. I had to 45 minutes to get my release papers. They were more concerned with getting lunch. Perhaps the CEO of the hospital should speak to the staff?

So, now I am stuck paying for I don't know what because there is no way to tell what and where my co payments are being applied. It is months of appointments and statements to go through. I have wasted enough time going over these statements for something that was their fault to begin with. They take no responsibility for their incompetence. That is in other words telling me what to do with my body and not what I know is good for my body. This left a real bad taste in my mouth. I would have never thought that a "wellness and pain" place would tell me how to manage my pain and what I'm comfortable with especially that I have been progressing slowly in the positive direction. The PA was only doing her job but who is she and Dr. Molina too, to tell me what is working for me??? In conclusion, I recommend DEWEY, but if their dictation or suggestions are not taken, they cut services off to you. Completely unacceptable especially when you're there to feel well and painless!

I had a very poor experience with this doctor and would not recommend…read more I made an appointment, but when I arrived, he was unable to see me because he leaves at 5 PM. I had to reschedule and come back another day. On the second visit, I had a sonogram and X-ray on my knee, but he gave me no diagnosis for my knee pain. He simply said they would "look at the images and get back to me." When I described issues with my fingers, he rushed me to go downstairs for a nerve test before he left at 5 PM. After completing the test, he started to walk out of the room without explaining the results. I had to stop him to ask for a diagnosis and treatment plan, only to be told there was "no treatment." The doctor came across as dismissive and rude throughout the process. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and without answers.
