This place was awful. Waiting area was dirty and gross. My appointment was at 1pm but I wasn't seen until 2:15pm only because I threatened to leave. The doctor I saw was an internist, when I scheduled an appointment with a podiatrist. He spent less than 5 min with me before ordering tests for me without even looking at my foot. I have been under the care of Doctors United for 10 months and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff at the front desk is extraordinary. They are poised and professional and handle an incredibly high volume of patients. Dr. Noel is so lucky to have this team and I hope he recognizes that fact. I am sorry to be leaving Doctors United but will be moving and need to continue my p/t elsewhere. The gentleman who leads the p/t team is also incredible, a real professional who knows what he is doing. One recommendation that I do have is that the administration invest more money in the facility itself. Maybe some fresh paint and more equipment to brighten up the space. Patients and staff deserve that. read more

They open at 9:30. I had a 10am appointment. I arrived 9:45. WAITED 2 HOURS AND WALKED OUT WITHOUT SEEING THE DOCTOR. The only way you can be MORE than 2 hours behind 30 minutes after you open is if you tell all your patients to show up first thing in the morning, line us up like sheep with absolutely zero concern for how long we wait. A doctor who has their office operate with this level of disregard as a matter of policy DOES NOT think of their patients as people. read more

I went here one day for an injury. The place was dirty, old, and discusting!Not only that the chiropractor( Doctor Noel) not actually a doctor was abusive to the staff. Yelling and cursing at them and calling them stupid! In front of us patients with the waiting room full. Then Dr.Noel sees me and orders an excessive amount of tests I didn't need.( I'm a nurse) before I even saw an actual medical doctor! Not only was he extremely rude to his staff, hes also a scam artist just trying to get money!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!! Worst experience ever. I had my appointment at 12:30pm and arrived on time and expend more than 2 hours to be attended because the doctor got there late! I'm sorry but that's not on me, that's on her and instead of being cooperative she came out of her office saying "when am I going to have my lunch, I'm not seeing more patients" When I asked when was my turn they told I had to wait 20 more minutes, I decided to leave because this is so unprofessional! There was also more people waiting. Instead of being honest since the beginning and just canceled the appointments or say the real time you had to wait! This place is pure chaos....a ton of staff and nothing being done. I had an appointment at 1pm and sat in the waiting room until 2pm. They only called me then bc I kept asking when I would be seen. Finally when I was called at 2pm they told me that the doctor was about to leave at which point she told the doctor you have one more patient before you go and he seemed annoyed. She proceeded to take my vitals and then said she could not perform an EKG on me because they were out of paper. I don't know how they have a new patient come to an appointment knowing that they need to have an EKG done but won't be able to bc they are out of paper. Finally I'm led into the doctors office and the doctor proceeds to sit there on his computer typing away for a few minutes. Once he stopped typing he proceeded to respond to messages coming in on his cell phone. He then proceeds to ask me questions but clearly was not listening to what I was saying bc he kept asking me the same question over and over. When the visit was over the doctor was going to provide me with a referral and told me to wait at the front desk. After a few minutes I told the staff they needed to give me my paperwork right away so I can leave as I had already been there almost 2 hours!! I do not recommend this place at all. The crazy thing is that the woman who took my vitals admitted that the staff books 3-5 patients at the same time and as a result they are always backed up. Stay away from this place. If it wasn't bc I needed to see a cardiologist immediately I would have left. read more

This place is a circus. The doctor keeps yelling at everyone. The front office is full of attitude. The icing on the cake is this PT Soodi. This guy keeps watching Indian baseball game on TV without attending patients. I had to wait for a long time just for him to finish watching his game. read more

They are Very Caring and Professional. Doctor Noel diagnosed a blood clot and saved my life before i got on a plane. They have diversified medical services, specialists, testing, physical therapy and chiropractic. I sincerely recommend them and Doctor Gaughan is amazing too. They are knowledgeable and know what there doing. read more

I found the staff to be very friendly and the Doctors were very nice and caring.I went with terrible lower back pain and the Physical Therapists and the chiropractors worked together to get me out of pain as fast as possible so I could get back to work.I strongly recommend the office for those in back pain. read more

I will give this place a zero this place is awful I went there because many people are giving the papers outside this office. Witch it says have pain ? I wasn't feeling good I had pain so I went inside they were very nice at the beginning right away without even seeing me yet a medical assistant comes and says come you are going for some x rays. I said why ? He said to see if You don't have a pinched nerved or the cause of your pain. I said ok . I go in and a lady says ok stand straight and I ask her where is my protective device? She says you don't need it I said every time I get one They use it she said no you don't need it so stupid me let her do the x rays. now I'm so concerned about this un necessary radiation I got. I just went for a massage and end up this all kind of testing and with a big headache. All this tests for nothing because I didn't even got a massage . They sure are a scam read more
