He spends most of the time talking and he talks a lot! The majority of your office visit is just him talking. When i went to get a filling done he didn't numb my mouth well and I felt him drilling my tooth. I had to stop him because it hurt and he gave me another shot. He has very outdated technology. And the tooth he put a filling got sensitive after he drilled it.

I recently started SureSmile treatment here, and the whole process has been so much easier and smoother than I expected. I first went in for a consult and scans that were sent off to SureSmile, and during that appointment they really took the time to listen to what I specifically wanted to improve. Then I went back in to review the 3D model and treatment plan, which was actually really cool to see. That appointment felt very conversational and relaxed, and they were happy to answer all of my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed or pressured! About two weeks later all of my trays came in, and honestly I started noticing improvements after just a few trays.
