They have a good system down from beginning to end. They even have the office accountant (I believe) come in and walk me through pricing and what would be due at end of service before my cleaning. My hygienist Karla was knowledgeable and thorough in my cleaning. I was comfortable and it helped to have the numbing rinse too lol. That's always fun.
