Apparently I was "too much time spent on" not worthy, charged me a premium and had someone who didn't even get his law degree yet represent me. By the way spodek will not represent you. His unqualified "lawyers" who didn't pass the bar exam will. Shady business Absolutely disgusting behavior from front desk ms Williams. And empty promises. Honest opinion. Never met Spodek once. Representation and communication was weak and the rate for service were high. After 32 hrs of community service $5000 and a stain on my record, DEFINITIVELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR HIRE Mind you my charges were 2 misdemeanors and I had a clean record. Funny part is. I was actually the victim in it all. Not pleased. Please save your money and go to another firm. I've attached a photo of how dismissive spodek is and even talked in a way that made me fear him for not taking down the honest review. But I think people should know the kind of firm this is.

There are moments that change the course of a story, and consulting Himmelstein, Gribbon & Joseph…read morewas mine. I'll admit it -- I walked in hesitant and unsure if any attorney could really turn things around for me. And I'll be honest, upon my first consultation with attorney, Milad Momeni, I was skeptical. This despite his quiet confidence and assurance that I would be in good hands. Then one hour in the courtroom flipped everything. Not only had I underestimated Milad's abilities, but he pretty much left everyone else in the dust. Sharp, relentless, three steps ahead of everyone in the room. After just one hour sitting next to him in the courtroom, I was flush with gratitude that he was on my side. Later that same day, I sent him a much deserved apology for ever doubting him (I literally said those exact words). Milad doesn't just practice law. He fights for the people he represents like their case is the only one that matters. To say that he earned my trust completely would be an understatement. And after everything I went through, I can say without hesitation: hiring Milad to represent me was one of the best decisions I've ever made. If you find yourself facing a battle you're not sure you can win, Milad Momeni is the attorney you want beside you. He was the turning point in mine and I am eternally grateful.

I was a client of Mr. Eugene Levy, and he handled my divorce case…read more My divorce case was dragged on unnecessarily, continuously neglected, and too many horrible mistakes were made. I wanted to dismiss services various times. There was no communication, and it was all about being DRIVEN by MONEY, and making more. My time sensitive paperwork was ignored, and at times I didn't know about my court dates. At the end of it all I dismissed services after I came to find out that the court sent information stating things that were not done correctly or that weren't done at all in my divorce paperwork. It was ignored for months! I finished my divorce papers on my own, which probably would have cost me another couple of thousand if I didn't look into the issue and never found out that my paperwork was neglected. My divorce case was in jeopardy of being dismissed. I would not recommend Mr. Eugene F. Levy to anyone.

Itamar Levy does do all the onboarding and is super charming, then you will more than likely get kicked to someone else. Mike Barrows is who I got and is a good guy, definitely smart and competent, like him a lot, all business but that's cool, I don't think your divorce lawyer should be your therapist. I did feel supported and like the firm was on my side. Communication was rough though. Sometimes super fast, often had to send several emails and messages over days to get any response. Getting a paralegal to respond almost impossible. Often repeatedly asked the same question and nothing. I understand these firms have lots of clients, and its all stressful, but can't say I feel or felt like a priority. Once the agreement was finalized I got kicked to someone else to deal with a property transfer and here the nightmare is ongoing. I've repeatedly asked for clarity and get one liners. I'm still in limbo, being billed, and it feels like no one is focusing or interested in helping. So, a super decent and competent firm, but I don't feel I've been supported all the way. That said, there is much much worse out there and this is a good choice.

Communication with this firm is horrible and there is no follow up. They charge you a ton of money and don't produce any results. Diana Szabo is just worthless she never called, the only thing she does was to send you a long email and a very expensive Invoice. I paid this firm About $8K + with no results just a waist of money and time they are really scammers and should not operate in Westchester county. I felt that Diana is very very much racist because they why my case was handled by her experience left me speechless. Levy, Is the person that will call you and perform the nice talking and fill up your head with a bunch off promises and when you notice that the service is horrible he will never call you back to see what happened or in what his firm can help you with to fixed the problem. He or his firm showed no remorse and didn't care, but a lesson learned. This firm will perform work on your behalf without letting you know what they doing, and then charge your retainer balance and send you a bigger Invoice bill and demanding payment. The Lawyer Diana will not represent you for your court hearing either she will send you a email 1-2 hours before your court hearing and let you know that she will not represent you and sent a per diem Lawyer to represent you and they don't know nothing about your case, once completed they send you a invoice for $1750 for that per diem that didn't know anything about your case. PLEASE IF YOU LIVE IN WESTCHESTER DON'T HIRE THIS FIRM, THEY DON'T HAVE A OFFICE IN WESTCHESTER AND THEY ARE A BIG SCAM WAIST OF MONEY AND TIME. They don't value their customers and I felt completely discriminated by Diana and her team. STAY AWAY from Them.
