Instead of having some backbone to stand up for me and fight for fair compensation, he advised me to just take the latest offer to avoid going to court. Taking the easy way out obviously required a lot less effort from him. Towards the end, his tone of voice also made me feel like I was bothering him whenever we spoke. If you're looking for a lawyer who will fight for you like a Pitbull, look elsewhere. What I got was a Chihuahua. He assured me several times, "Don't worry, it'll all work out." My share of the settlement amount wasn't even $65,000. It'll all work out, really?? Not exactly. Absolutely disgraceful, he should be ashamed of himself. They advertise on their website they obtained a $1,350,000 settlement for a dog bite victim they represented, yet I didn't receive anywhere near that amount and my injuries were much more severe.
