They did an amazing job with my less than cooperative very senior cat who had mats! I told them I wasn't concerned with how her lion cut looked, just that her mats were gone, and they did their best to be gentle and loving with her . Very friendly staff and they were extremely professional. They listened exactly to my instructions for grooming my dog and were very efficient. I wasn't expecting them to be so fast but done in 2-3 hours as promised. The location even smelled very nice which is rare! I took my dog there and was the worst haircut my dog had every gotten. I phoned and Stephanie offered to try and fix it but how can you fix a dog that has been shaved in spots right down to her skin. My dog looked like she was wearing a helmut. A few months had passed my dog was in need of another haircut so i went there and asked to talk to Stephanie and alls i wanted was to ask that she could do my dog herself and she snidely said I don't need your business. I was polite and said ok and i walked out. Worst customer service i have ever encountered . I would give her a minus 5 rating if it possible. She lets helpers who have no experience cut dogs hair. I was not impressed at all i will never go back and advise anyone not to go there. read more

The overall cut turned out nice, unfortunately my baby got a thermal burn on his leg. There was a dog being shaved right before my cat so the clippers were probably too hot. We didn't notice there but coincidentally we had a vet appointment same day. We ended up paying for it in medication. The update now is we suspect the clippers weren't clean as it lead to an infection which lead to 3 more vet visits that we are still paying for. He is still not fully healed, my poor baby. read more

My 80 year old Mother was verbally assaulted and belittled by the staff at this Groomers today. She was told to 'find another Groomer, as they did not want her business'. This was all over my poor mother chatting with another customer about her 18 year old Chihuahua to which she said 'wow how lucky are you to have a dog for 18 years' (I recently lost my Chihuahua who was 13, so she was surprised how old the dog was) She was told she upset their customer and to not come back?! I am very disappointed on how such an innocent conversation was blown up to bring an 80 year old woman to tears!! I will never bring my animals here, never recommend them and am even considering picketing outside this plaza to let the general public know what kind of people are being allowed to groom their family members. Honestly with the amount of groomers out there just go somewhere else. read more

Excellent service! The store managment and grooming services were very pleasant and professional. They also enforced social distancing and made us feel at ease. They were on time and delivered fast reliable service. Our pet cat had a bad experience with a previous groomer but they dealt with him in a very calming way. The prices are very good especially for the very efficient service. Will definitely be returning! read more

unfortunately the staff seemed really nice but when i picked up my fur baby after they called and said he was ready...half his body was still wet, they missed 3 nails when trimming, he didnt smell nice, he just smelled like a wet dog, and the fur inbetween his paw pads werent trimmed there whole service seemed rushed considering they said he'll take 2 hrs but called after 40 mins so ill find another groomer going fwd read more

Booked an appointment for a Siberian long haired cat for brush out, mats. While I was reassured on the phone that there is a separate area for cats, without dogs around, that was not the case. Stephanie was just finishing grooming a dog, the table wasn't even wiped before my cat was placed on it, also another dog was being groomed on a table within 5'. Very busy place, resembles of a conveyor belt operation, impersonal service, not to mention they left a mat under the front leg. First and last time using this place, I rather wait for an appointment with Linda at Pet Happy Dog and Cat Grooming. read more

Booked an appt and when we reached they cancelled the appt saying that the grooming does not take place after 3. We had proof of a message confirming the appt and everything. Then she blamed us for making her god damn receptionist cry when it was their fault our puppy was not groomed, our gas was wasted, and our appt was cancelled. She then proceeded to rebook us which was when Stephanie came on the phone and started cussing us saying the words "fuck you" and "you made my fucken receptionist cry" as if it was our fault. Extremely disappointed and annoyed. First of all if you work in customer service you should have the guts to take care of upset customers and HELP THEM WHEN IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE instead of shouting and blaming the customer lol. Second, don't send us a message confirmation showing our appt is confirmed and then cancelling last minute and then expecting your customer to NOT BE UPSET. horrible place, horrible people, and do not recommend. read more

I had my mother drop my dog off this morning for his third time there. Every time the same instructions. Shave him down except do not touch his beard and moustache. The first time. They shaved his beard off. Ok. Fine. Maybe we weren't clear enough. Good price. Fast. Ok. Figured I'd give them a second chance. The second time. Was great. They did the perfect cut. Kept his beard and moustache. Great. Today, when my mother got there my dog was excited and jumped up on the bench which allowed her to again show the girl what to keep and what to shave. When she came to pick him up he was behind a gate when she paid so he was unable to see him properly. When she got him to the car realized they again shaved his beard. Now I am mad. This is the second time that they were unable to follow instructions on how to have him groomed. Whether the girl did not pass these along to the groomers, which is unacceptable or they were unsure on how we wanted him cut, which they should of called. Will not be taking my dog here again. read more

Had my dog here for a grooming and was pleasantly surprised with how well she was done! The place doesn't look great (a little messy, could use a fresh coat of paint and someone to sweep the floor) but the girls were very pleasant and professional and my dog was happy and looked really really good! Very happy with the results. The price was a little high (about $5-$10 more than I usually spend) but I think it's worth it if you actually get what you want and you come out with a happy dog. read more

Hello, I just wanted to leave a review for Stephanie because I think she really deserves to feel appreciated.:) I recently had my two Guardian year old female labradoodles groomed by her and her staff and I have to say overall I was really happy with the experience. First of all my girls badly needed doing due to groomers being closed due to COVID and she squeezed us in on a days notice which I am sooo grateful for:)) When we showed up I immediately felt warm vibes and care from Stephanie and her staff. They were all smiling and very down to earth and Stephanie actually put me at ease as I was anxious about leaving them with someone but I intuitively felt trust there:)) They honestly did a fantastic job on the girls, did not keep them there too long not to mention Stephanie gave me a 2 for 1 special because I was a first time client! I tried to convince her that was not necessary and to even give her a nice tip for fitting us in but I was not going to be able to convince her! I guess I will get her with a good tip next time;)) Ha! As we will definetly be back! I would recommend Stephanie to anyone:)) read more

Terrible! Do not go here. They don't listen to instructions, take cash only, and do a terrible job. We were very specific about wanting a teddy bear cut and at least 1/2 inch all over - our dog came back shaved down to the skin and bone all over. She looks ridiculous. And they didn't even trim her nails! Worse than a total waste of time - we now have to wait it out until she looks normal again. read more
