From our very first meeting, Chelsea and James were professional, organized, punctual, great communicators, and incredibly knowledgeable, helping us navigate the many options without ever making us feel pressured. They were honest about where we could save money and their pricing was very fair and competitive. Their attention to detail was notable through the whole process. What really stood out, though, was the level of care they brought to the entire process. A few questions and changes came up along the way, including one after installation, and they handled everything with patience, understanding, and genuine kindness. The installation itself was meticulous, and the finished result has completely transformed our home. We especially love the automated shades--they're one of those upgrades we now wonder how we ever lived without! It's also important to us to support such a wonderful local, family-owned business. From start to finish, there was always someone to help me when I needed it, whether it be a question about installation, my design, etc. I was so blown away by the responsiveness of the Walcraft team. Over the past 8 months, we've remodeled almost our entire home. I've dealt with many companies, hardware stores, deliveries. you name it. Walcraft is the ONLY company I haven't had to sit on hold for, call 5 people to get the answer to one question or fight tooth and nail with for anything at all. The only issue I had with my cabinets was one that was my own fault, and brian went out of his way to order and expedite me a new cabinet, at no cost to me to fix the issue. We were so incredibly grateful for Brian's understanding and he made our our whole process so much less stressful. The turn around time for receiving our cabinets was so short, especially for covid time. We received our cabinets a week after ordering! Thank you Walcraft for going above and beyond. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I have and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you Brian and team for the incredible service, stunning cabinets and overall fantastic experience!

He always graciously and patiently answered my questions and walked me through his process, consistently keeping me posted on how things were going. Go to this man for your cabinet needs. A couple of years after installation, water began leaking from one side of the drain area, staining the cement. After multiple attempts to contact the company, the issue was eventually addressed one month after my initial outreach. More recently, in summer 2025, one of the large side panels came loose. I contacted Justin immediately in mid-August and sent photos as requested, but despite being told it was a simple fix, I received no follow-up. I reached out several times via text, email, and phone, yet as of October 1st, I still have not received a timeline for scheduling the repairs. I would appreciate a clear timeline for repairs and more consistent updates regarding the status of my warranty claims. Implementing a dedicated customer service contact or an automated repair scheduling system could help prevent delays and improve communication. We truly enjoyed our initial experience and hope that future service aligns with the high standards set during installation. Leaving customers in limbo does not reflect well on your business, and I look forward to seeing improvements in these areas.
