The Yellow Chair!  They met us in our home and listened carefully to what we both wanted. I need to state this now; my husband and I were at each others throats when it came to our remodeling ideas, but Kallie, with her genius insight and impeccable design skill led us to a design plan we have fallen in LOVE with. Kallie and Mike took the care to make sure our kitchen and fish tank design blended seamlessly; and that is no small task! Kallie took all our favorite colors and incorporated them seamlessly into our kitchen, and made our 250 gallon salt water tank blend into our home like it was always there. Mike and his crew built our dream kitchen with incredible craftsmanship and care. I called back that day after confirming some measurements and she took my order over the phone and processed the payment on my credit card. Approximately 1 week later I called asking for an estimated shipping date. I was then told the order had not yet been placed with the furniture manufacturing company and they would be unable to do so until the owner got back from vacation, they were not sure when that would be. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund and they apologized and said they would reach out to the owner. The following day I received a short e-mail stating my order was placed and shipping information would be sent ASAP (I never received shipping information). Two days ago I received a text message that the chairs were ready to be picked up, I responded I would be by after I got off work to pick them up and got no reply back. I went by the store first thing on Saturday and waited in front of the business 45min past the posted opening hours of 10am, no one showed up. There was no sign regarding closures or inability to open and, of course, no answer on the telephone. I placed my order 28 days ago and I very much regret it. Too expensive for this poor of customer service. I have no comment on the quality of furniture because I have not seen the chairs.
