The office itself is beautiful--bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed, from the waiting area to each patient room. But what really makes Summit Dentistry exceptional is the people. The entire team is friendly, skilled, and compassionate. Every single visit over the years has been a positive experience. The technology they use is advanced, and the hygienists always take the time to explain what they're doing, making every appointment feel professional and comforting. What stands out the most to me is Dr. Salem's incredible attention to detail, intelligence, and kindness. He's not only an expert in his field, but also a genuinely good person who truly cares about his patients. A few years ago, I moved away for a time and wore braces for seven long years throughout high school. I was so self-conscious that I barely smiled--definitely never with my teeth. When I returned to Ohio before my senior year, I still had braces and felt defeated. That's when Dr. Salem stepped in. At my first appointment back, with the help of my dad, Dr. Salem removed my braces and restored my confidence with beautifully done crowns. It was the first time in seven years that I felt truly comfortable smiling with my teeth--and I haven't stopped since. I'm beyond grateful for Dr. Salem and the Summit Dentistry team. They've had a lasting impact on my life and self-esteem. Thank you so much!

I had a terrible experience with another dentist and ended up coming to Dr. Pires for his opinion…read more He told me I didn't need the $3k surgery (with full anesthesia!) that the other dentist told me I absolutely had to have. Dr. Pires was very kind and relatable, he was very calm and my fears and told me that he had a little one around the age of mine. His staff was very friendly and competent, and he saved me from a pricey, expensive surgery. He completely fixed my issue in 5-10 minutes with a simple laser procedure that was significantly less invasive and expensive. I would highly recommend Dr Pires if you ever need a periodontist. I've seen a few, and he's the best in NE Ohio, hands down.
