Although I have never done it before I was thinking about ordering a cheap pair on line to get me through to when I would go back to see them in June. I called them to talk about my situation and to ask them for the Pupillary Distance (PD) measure because that was missing from the prescription that they had provided me. After speaking with their representative I was told that they do not give that measurement to the patient and that is only kept for them when you buy glasses from them. Tried explaining my situation, that I had paid for an optometry examination and that I expect the PD is a part of what I had paid them for. For the most part all I received was a rude response. In my opinion their policy shows that they care nothing about their patients and are only concerned with making as much as they can. Instead of a repeat customer from me and my wife, we will choose to take our business elsewhere. I will not recommend them to anyone I know and leave it up to anyone who cares to read this review if they should do business with them.
