Im sure their normal services are fine but they need to remove the ER services on their website if they don't provide this at all! Also i called first before going but no one answered the phone.

Even the patient post op surveys are indicative of the issues. They asked questions totally irrelevant to most of the procedures I received them for. The way the questions and options for scaled responses were designed would have reflected poorly on the specialist I had the most confidence in despite the success of the procedures. The stars I did give are for Dr. Silvetti, one of the optometrists, who provides stellar care despite being part of a chaotic practice with a high turnover rate of specialists and care staff.

Even before knowing if I was truly a candidate for PRK, Lynda was calling to check up on me and discuss any questions I had. Dr. Brent also took time to discuss any further questions about the procedures and his opinions on what he felt should be best for me. Not once did I felt rushed during my consultation and/or pressured to choose one method (LASIK) over another. After discussing with Dr. Brent, I felt like PRK was the best option for me. Dr. Brent clearly discussed the pros and cons of each procedure and alleviated any concerns that I had. A few days, and now, three years later my vision is 20/20. Before the procedure, the Dr. Brent took the time to speak with me to alleviate any residual fears. Lynda came by to see me shortly before the procedure to wish me the best. There weren't any side conversations, everyone was attentive, the staff was very professional and focused on delivering the best service possible. When I first sat up after the procedure and Dr. Brent asked me to read the time on the clock, without thinking about it...I read the time out loud. Then I realized I wasn't wearing my glasses (that I wore for 20 years). Recovery did take a bit longer than with LASIK (as clearly explained to me), but once my vision stabilized (a month later) life was awesome! Premier Eye Care showed technical proficiency and more importantly treated me more than just a patient. I still love my "new" sight and don't regret choosing them. My experience was so positive that I have referred a few of my friends to have their vision corrected here. Without a doubt, I highly recommend them!

I was legally blind in both eyes with out corrective lenses. I couldn't see my legs in the shower and at night I was starting to see less and less. It was getting to the point that contacts were uncomfortable and I couldn't stand wearing them for long periods of time. I was so scared to get LASIKs and all the unknowns. The team here really helped to explain the whole process and made me feel comfortable. My doctor was Dr. Mishra and is so detailed oriented and caring I would recommend him to anyone who asked. Amanda is the coordinator for the LASIKs and is a sweetheart- so caring and thoughtful. She ensured I knew everything and answered every question I had. And I can't write a review with talking about Jessica who held my hand the whole time while I was getting LASIK. My life was changed 100% by this team. Once I was healed and driving with my husband I started to cry and he asked me what was wrong I told "I am not upset the world is just so beautiful and I get to see it for the first time" I can not thank this team enough.
