There is no front desk or receptionist, so definitely call ahead to schedule an appointment with one of the ladies here. They do cut, color, and waxing and everything is reasonably priced. My mom and I both went in about a week ago and our combined total was only $85 and my mom even got her roots touched up. They will offer you a beverage while you are getting your hair done which is a nice touch that I enjoy. Kristi has colored my mom's hair for years and it looks great. I also got ombre highlights done here before and the result was beautiful and I got many compliments! If you are looking for a new hair stylist in Enid, check this place out.

I have recommended Ulta Beauty's Brow service to many of my friends for years. However, today I had…read morean unusual circumstance occur resulting in the worst customer experience I've had with any sort of service. The brow specialist burned half of my eyelid of and did not acknowledge or say anything until I blatantly pointed it out. Even though I didn't have to pay the $30 for my eyelids to be burnt off, which the brow specialist only did after I asked, it did not change the fact that I was burned. The manager was extremely condescending and mockingly laughing at my mom and I when we asked if there was anything else that could be done by their team since they were at fault. I could go into far more detail about this terrible experience, but I hope that this brief summary is enough before any of you spend $30 on a brow wax at a place that could not care less about their customer.
