I absolutely loved my facial with Britni. It was my first ever, but was more than I expected. The…read moresalon was bright, open, clean and updated. It had a new, but not over-the-top, modern feel to it. My room was private, quiet, dimly lit and peaceful. I splurged a little and went for the deluxe facial which included lots of warm towels, massages, extractions, microdermabrasion, moisturizing and lots and lots of relaxation. Britni was very professional and pleasant and I enjoyed all 90 mins. I will be checking out their other services, such as the lash lift, and can't wait to go back!

My mother and I have gotten our hair done by Kristi at Studio 22 for many, many years. Even though…read moreI have since moved to California for school, I will stop by when I am visiting home so that Kristi can cut my hair! Once when I was young, my family had moved to North Carolina and my mom made a trip back to see Kristi to get her hair cut, because she is THAT good! This salon has always been clean and the stylists here are very nice. They also just moved from downtown to a larger facility across from Autry Technology Center and it is very nice! There is no front desk or receptionist, so definitely call ahead to schedule an appointment with one of the ladies here. They do cut, color, and waxing and everything is reasonably priced. My mom and I both went in about a week ago and our combined total was only $85 and my mom even got her roots touched up. They will offer you a beverage while you are getting your hair done which is a nice touch that I enjoy. Kristi has colored my mom's hair for years and it looks great. I also got ombre highlights done here before and the result was beautiful and I got many compliments! If you are looking for a new hair stylist in Enid, check this place out.

I have recommended Ulta Beauty's Brow service to many of my friends for years. However, today I had…read morean unusual circumstance occur resulting in the worst customer experience I've had with any sort of service. The brow specialist burned half of my eyelid of and did not acknowledge or say anything until I blatantly pointed it out. Even though I didn't have to pay the $30 for my eyelids to be burnt off, which the brow specialist only did after I asked, it did not change the fact that I was burned. The manager was extremely condescending and mockingly laughing at my mom and I when we asked if there was anything else that could be done by their team since they were at fault. I could go into far more detail about this terrible experience, but I hope that this brief summary is enough before any of you spend $30 on a brow wax at a place that could not care less about their customer.

I don't even live in Enid…read moreanymore, but when I come back to visit my family I always visit Ulta because it is just so convenient. Some people may complain that the workers at Ulta are hands off, but that is actually why I prefer Ulta to other makeup stores like Sephora or even makeup counters in department stores. I like to have the freedom to explore the makeup myself without feeling awkward because I actually don't know exactly what I'm looking for or if the product I'm looking at is actually the correct highlighter/bronzer/concealer that I need. Plus, the staff here are very polite and knowledgeable if you do have questions! They have such a large selection of makeup, skincare, and hair care products that you are almost 100% sure to find what you are looking for. They also have the benefit brow bar (which my mom loves) as well as a hair salon in the back!

This guy can actually give a great men's haircut. It is not cheap by Enid standards but my husband has always received a well done cut that is worth the $20 price tag. David is a perfectionist and it shows in all his cuts. This is a military town where many have those flat tops or short GI Joe haircuts. David can do those great but also excels at normal business guy type cuts. I have never seen a miscut hair style coming out of this shop.

If anybody would like to know the exact date that I went or the pictures of how my hair looked feel free and I will show you.*** Went here hoping to get a simple hair styling done for a special event. Was charged double what I was told on the phone prior to coming in and after two or three failed attempts at the very basic style I was left to settle for a very flimsy braid near the front of my hair that didn't even survive the ride home. Called them to let them know what happened and possibly get it fixed but was argued with and made to feel like a burden instead of an (over)paying customer.
