The man running the counter was nice and helpful, however my only complaint was the lack of consistency with the beds. He told me I had a choice of two rooms in one the bed got real hot and the other not so much even though they were the same model of bed. I thought this was a little odd and went in the hotter one for a shorter amount of time and still got a sunburn :(, it was my own fault though. No music playing was a bummer. Overall experience was a C+.
