The brow specialist burned half of my eyelid of and did not acknowledge or say anything until I blatantly pointed it out. Even though I didn't have to pay the $30 for my eyelids to be burnt off, which the brow specialist only did after I asked, it did not change the fact that I was burned. The manager was extremely condescending and mockingly laughing at my mom and I when we asked if there was anything else that could be done by their team since they were at fault. I could go into far more detail about this terrible experience, but I hope that this brief summary is enough before any of you spend $30 on a brow wax at a place that could not care less about their customer.

I like to have the freedom to explore the makeup myself without feeling awkward because I actually don't know exactly what I'm looking for or if the product I'm looking at is actually the correct highlighter/bronzer/concealer that I need. Plus, the staff here are very polite and knowledgeable if you do have questions! They have such a large selection of makeup, skincare, and hair care products that you are almost 100% sure to find what you are looking for. They also have the benefit brow bar (which my mom loves) as well as a hair salon in the back!

I splurged a little and went for the deluxe facial which included lots of warm towels, massages, extractions, microdermabrasion, moisturizing and lots and lots of relaxation. Britni was very professional and pleasant and I enjoyed all 90 mins. I will be checking out their other services, such as the lash lift, and can't wait to go back!

My mom and I both went in about a week ago and our combined total was only $85 and my mom even got her roots touched up. They will offer you a beverage while you are getting your hair done which is a nice touch that I enjoy. Kristi has colored my mom's hair for years and it looks great.
