I am very surprised by the negative reviews for this company. I have used them twice this year and…read morewas pleased with the results. The first time, I had ordered a cabinet that was mirrored and one of the drawers came broken. I took the drawer to Delray Glass and it was professionally fixed in less than a week. The second job was to extend a mirror in my dining room into an area that had been covered with furniture. I was under time pressure because furniture was going to be delivered into that spot in less than a week. They sent someone to my house in a day and the new mirror was installed four days later. The finished product looked great and I could not tell that it had not always been there. The workmen were well trained and did an excellent job. I would use this company any time I need glass work.

My "sales person" Laticia was completely uninterested in helping me. Pretended we had a bad connection and we were disconnected. I called back because you can bet they wouldn't and I asked to speak to a manager. I then spoke to "operations" Julia who also was extremely indifferent and almost argumentative. They definitely aren't working on commission? I am waiting to hear back from Paulo to see if I can get this simple quote. I hope their work is better than their customer service.

Well I haven't exactly hired them yet. I was in the showroom this morning…read more I did a quartz countertop in 2005 when everyone else was choosing granite.. I really didn't understand it because granite is porous and you'll have to be cleaning Non-Stop. I stumbled upon Cambria showroom in fort Lauderdale. I knew exactly what I wanted when I saw it which didn't take long. But i didn't know where to go from that point on so I knew I was going to be busy with the learning process Spending the time to learn is never an issue with me and actually enjoy the thought process. But this is one of those situations where " You don't know what you don't know " so you have to find out what you don't know and then you can make pragmatic decisions. Mr kitchen was one of a few fabricators that the Cambria showroom gave me when I was down there last week so I went to their showroom this morning and Ashley greeted me when I walked in I walked into their showroom and soon I begin to obserbe configurations and see things I probably would have never been able to imagine on my own. In addition they had the two Cambria themes that attracted me in full showroom configurations so I was able to see the entirely out It's also nice to know that they do everything including demo and digging a trench into the foundation to run plumbing and electricity from the island, Although I do have somebody who is 100% qualified to do that job Ashley was extremely patient with me. I'm hoping maybe to do business with them but in case I don't , iI have to give them at least allowing them to browse through their showroom and answering all my questions in a very patient manner

I was only wearing underwear!) We made an appointment for him to come to the house for the repair. Ron showed up exactly on time. He got the sliding part of the window out of the frame very quickly and did the actual repair outside at his truck. It took him about a 1/2 hour to replace the glass and it was perfect when he put it back into the frame. I paid him and he was on his way. The only complaint is the cost of replacing a window. I only found 2 businesses that replace window glass. The first agreed to do the job for $125 so I said no thanks. Then I called Ron and he quoted the same price so I said okay. Ron did a great job. Angie's List needs more listings so that the price might come down. That has nothing to do with Ron, he does great work and deserves to be paid in full.
