I have never experience such horrible Customer service. My…read moreservice technician (Don) does not know what he is doing. I took my jeep in for an oil change and to Have them look at two other problems.. I dropped it off On a Monday and was promised to call me by Wednesday to let me know what They found wrong with it. I did get a call Thursday and Don told me what they found. He said he was still getting quotes on parts but would call me the next day. Once again, no call. I called all day Monday and left messages after messages. No call back. I ended up asking for the manager. Don finally call back only to tell me something totally different from the original problem he told me on Thursday. We now do not trust anything they say. We told them we would like to just get the oil changed and we will not be using them for service. They ended up charging a $200 for their time to look at my jeep. Don called Wednesday to say the jeep was ready to pick up. I asked about the oil change and he said "oil change??" He didn't remember us asking for an oil change. THAT WAS THE MAIN REASON we took the jeep in. It took an hour to check out. We will NEVER give them our business ever again. Besides the lifetime free oil changes I was promised when I purchased the jeep. When we purchased the jeep they said we could go to any Golling jeep dealer but recently changed to having to go where you bought your jeep. They make promises they never keep. Buyer beware.

We bought two new vehicles from this Golling dealership so we went in for our repair which was covered under warranty. Either they misdiagnosed the problem or just didn't want to do the repair. Charged us $155 for the diagnosis-claiming it was not covered under the warranty and it was electrical, but NOT the actuator. service advisor -Told us repair would be $982 +actuator would then be covered- Called Mopar to get more information and for part numbers. Went back to the dealership to ask about the parts, service and for more details. Wow! Felt we got scammed so I called customer service for help, they told us to take our 2016 Caravan to another dealership and they'd help us with the refund if they misdiagnosed the doors. Lane manager @Golling also assured us a refund if we show proof from another dealership because he couldn't guarantee us we wouldn't get charged a fee again without looking at the vehicle. Customer service said they can't make the dealership pay- went in for my refund. We were just gonna eat the loss; until I started telling my story to coworkers and friends -hearing how many ppl got messed over at this dealership really made me upset enough to write this review. It's NOT about the money or lies-it's more about lack of accountability, customer concerns and lack of proper communication with customers, plus our time. Both our doors got fixed at another dealership and given back to us in a few days zero charge. How do the people that work for Golling sleep at night knowing that kids can get trapped in these vans...they're preying on ppl ignorance. There is a class action lawsuit for dealerships turning ppl away from this repair telling the customer it's something other than what's covered under warranty and NOT the actuator. I wish the company would certify certain dealerships that can properly diagnose these doors and want to help fix the problem.

I'm a little defunct when it comes to taking care of a car. It probably stems back to the time a routine oil change turned into pretend-to-grab-that-girl's-ass-and-hope-she-doesn't-see-everything-you're-doing-in-the-car-door's-reflection. Also, one time they forgot to bolt the undercarriage of my car back on and half the protective plate fell out on the freeway. I vowed to trust no more car people. So when my husband informed me we had a flat tire, and needed to find a place to replace it, I just kinda sat there. "Look online" he said. I typed. "What am I looking for?" I said. "Tires" he said. I typed "TIRED." He took the computer. Though I was convinced we were setting ourselves up to be swindled and cheated, I went to Belle Tire. When my husband asked the guy behind the counter for new tires, the suspiciously friendly-looking mechanic came out to take a look. Smiling, he said, "Let's see if we can save you guys some money today." After 2 cups of free coffee (yay!) and 20-30 mins waiting, we saw our guy round the corner. "You had three nails in your tire so we were able to fix it." Relieved, we approached the counter to pay. "Oh, no charge." Let me emphasize, this was our first time here. We were not repeat customers, we've never been in their system before, not in any state. This smiling man behind the counter just made our day. Even if it's an easy fix, our tire still cost him 30 minutes of labor, product and coffee; we drove away scot-free. Definitely glad to give Belle Tire a chance to change my mind about the industry. Thanks!

I called on July 24th and was told they were waiting on a response from the insurance company. I followed up with the insurance company and was told that they had already issued out payment and responded to their request. I called the shop multiple times to follow up with the the status of my car and was told EVERY time I called that it would be "mid week next week" my car would be ready. I called on August 15th and was told again that it would be another week. I requested for my car to be moved to another place but unfortunately it was too late so I am being forced to wait for this company to fix my car. My car sat for 2 weeks before they even looked at my car for an estimate. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! It's tons of car just sitting in the lot waiting to be serviced. If you are looking for fast quality work this is not the place for you!

Even when my DME acted up and needed to be shipped out, they handled the whole situation like it was no big deal. They set me up with a loaner, kept me informed, and made a stressful job feel strangely simple. Fast forward to 2025. The car has nearly 85k miles and has been rock solid until one morning it started bogging down and shaking out of nowhere. If you own a BMW, you know that moment where your stomach drops. I called Nikolas immediately. They answered right away, told me to bring it in, and had a loaner ready before I even finished explaining the symptoms. What stood out this time wasn't just the fix, it was how they approached it. They didn't upsell, they didn't guess, and they didn't stack parts for fun. They diagnosed it correctly, fixed what actually mattered, and saved me money in the process. That level of honesty is rare in the car world. Robin and the whole crew know these cars inside and out and they treat you with the kind of respect that keeps people coming back for years. I'm sticking with them for repairs, upgrades, and all preventative maintenance. If you're looking for a shop that actually cares and knows what they're doing, this is the one. Thanks again!!

The folks at Nikolas did a great job bringing it current with all of its components (spark plugs, oil change, tire rotation, various filters). Robin was really great to work with, awesome communications, and the car was ready when promised and for what the estimate said, no surprises. I feel really confident knowing that Porsche experts are taking care of my new-to-me car, and am happy to be joining the Porsche family at Nikolas.
