Where in the world is the world class customer service? The fee schedule is difficult to find on their website and it doesn't even mention monthly maintenance fees with waivers for minimum daily balance. That information was sent after the agreement was signed. Also, despite bankers and advisors saying they would provide resources and help my business out, they have never followed through.
