From the moment I first walked through their doors until the day my child started, they have shown nothing but consistency, kindness, and dedication. The facility is spotless and inviting, and the teachers, along with the owners, always greet us with warmth and professionalism. They've become like family to us. I wish I had more stars to give because ABC Lands is a truly special place where your child can shine and blossom.

Our boys eat a healthy well balanced lunch (& snacks) everyday and often tell me that Ms Tonya is the best at cooking! Most of all, the staff at ABC Land is exactly what every parent could wish for. It is very hard to leave your children at a new school with people they've never met but after just one day, my boys couldn't wait to go back. The staff show us, every day, how much they care for our boys through their patience, kindness, and understanding. They provide creative and stimulating projects for the kids while also allowing them to explore their own imaginations. Lastly, the owner and director are extremely professional, communicative, and compassionate. They assist with additional needs a child may have and demonstrate empathy for families going through difficult times. I am forever grateful to the staff at ABC Land and feel so lucky to have found this gem of a preschool/daycare.

There was a time when Ms. Tyesha would ask me when I was having another baby and I said NEVER! Then came along Cassidy. And I remember while I was pregnant how excited she was to have Cassidy in her class. I remember the first time she held cass and how nervous she was. From 6 weeks old to one years old she has helped raise my baby. I can say she has fed my child even clothed (she gave Cassidy a gift card). Now I know Cassidy is no longer in her class but she will always be my baby teacher. Every morning Cassidy runs into Darlene's and the first person she goes to is Ms.Tyesha and she gets her hugs in. And best believe before she leave that center for the day she runs into her classroom and gets her goodbye hugs in as well. I love and appreciate how she loves on my daughter and how my daughter is comfortable enough to love on her as well. Now let me speak on Ms. Jay for a moment. I met her halfway through when she was in Ms. Tyesha class and I've seen how Cassidy is with her and how at ease she is around her. She can be sitting on the floor and cass will walk up and sit on her. I love the fact she knows cass love to eat and a big snacker and how she will sneak her an extra snack because cass will start crying when her food is gone. It really be the little things she does that I catch and I know my child is in good hands. Like if cass is wearing white she will change her outfit so she doesn't mess it up. I'm grateful that she was the one to stopped giving Cassidy her pacifier. And she helped with that transition because I didn't know how to do it. I'm grateful that she is entering the toddler stage with me and thankful for her help in raising Cassidy as well. I know this two paragraphs turned Into a mini essay fast. It's hard to write a sentence without wanting to say everything. I'm grateful for all the women at Darlene's even Ms. Bree because she was cass teacher at one point. And I love how she filmed cass first steps. I'm going to end it but I just want you to know that you employed some wonderful women. And I can say my child definitely has the best teachers! Sincerely, Cassidy mom

Our daughter is nearly three now and has been here since she was a newborn, and we cannot say enough good things about Tasha and her remarkable team. They feel like an extension of our family, and they have created a warm, caring environment that never compromises on quality or professionalism. She has been through all three rooms, from the infant space with cribs, to the toddler room, to the classroom-style space downstairs for the three and four-year-olds. Each transition has been thoughtful and supportive. The growth we have seen in her, respectful, adaptable, social, and confident, is due in large part to the people here who treat every child with genuine care. One of the things that sets LTA apart is the consistency of the staff. We often hear about daycare centers struggling with turnover, and this place is the complete opposite. The team here stays; they are dedicated, and that stability creates a sense of comfort and familiarity for the children. It makes an already wonderful environment even better. The team deserves individual recognition. Miss Jackie, Miss Yaneira, Miss Jontae, Miss Honey, Miss Samaya, Miss Ikram, Miss Karen, Miss Nafeesa, and Miss Sabrina are all wonderful. They are kind, steady, patient, and trustworthy. They strike the right balance between flexibility and clear boundaries, making daily life so much easier for working parents. The facility is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. It has everything a child needs without feeling overdone. The building is secure with key entry, and the app they use makes check-in, check-out, payments, and communication simple. They share monthly learning plans and respond quickly if we reach out. The value for the level of care is excellent, especially given the location. There is also a real sense of community, something we did not find anywhere else. The children are sweet and happy, and the atmosphere reflects the warmth of the neighborhood. The parents are wonderful too, and seeing the same families every morning and afternoon adds to that sense of connection. We love how everyone contributes to the friendly, supportive environment. On nice days, they take the kids to nearby parks, and they celebrate holidays and local events, including big Philadelphia moments like the Eagles' Super Bowl run. It feels down-to-earth in the best way, very much in the spirit of the city. We looked at other options but chose LTA for its convenience, its atmosphere, its reasonable pricing, and the community values it fosters. We have trusted the staff with babysitting and pet sitting, which says everything about how much we rely on them. Our newborn twins will be joining soon, and we cannot imagine sending them anywhere else. We feel fortunate to have a place like this in our lives. Thank you to Tasha and the entire team for everything you do for our family.

One of the biggest decisions of my life came to the forefront! I had to enroll my children in daycare so that I could take the job that I wanted. I did so and Natasha who is the owner of the daycare made my transition back to work so easy! She was very hands on with Suhayb(my youngest who had surgery). She took care of him with so much love and gentleness! She sent me pictures and answered all of my million calls. I am forever grateful to have had that support while going back to work!! All three of my children grew up in this daycare! They started before grade-school. Their initial educational values, educational concepts, good behavior, and love for learning came from The Learning Train. Aside from this being one of the most professional Daycare that I had the pleasure of putting my children in, my children became their their family. You can drop your children off knowing that they are safe, well loved, being taught and literally being raised with the best values and education. Only to be met with the complete run around and nobody taking my situation seriously. In the office I spoke with the head teacher and got her response about how she knew better than to 'hit a child who could speak so well' and how she wasn't stupid enough to hit a child when they're on cameras all day. (Ill just leave that there because addressing those statements would be a novel in itself. ) I asked to view the cameras myself and was told that they could only be operated by another staff member who would be present the next day or the owner who was out of the country until Friday. The next day came...as soon as I got off I went back to the daycare to be told again that this staff member also couldn't access the camera and only the owner could and she wouldn't be back until now (MONDAY). Monday comes and I received a phone call of relief... that left me thinking okay maybe I'll give them the benefit of the doubt maybe they do want some answers too so that if they do have staff putting their hands on kids they too can get to the bottom of it. But after being told I would receive a follow up call after they looked into the situation further I was left again with the run around and unanswered concerns. I guess they thought I would just go away or forget about it or maybe it wasn't important enough to really look into ,but when the follow up call never came through , in the following days I was back at the daycare looking for more answers and hoping to get to speak with the director finally. Again...I was told she wouldn't be in that day and she would call me the following morning. I told them it's been 2 weeks and that's what I've been told over and over and I wasn't coming back to be told again the same things. Finally a guy in the office sat down and called the camera guy to see how if and how to rewind the footage from 2 weeks before. (Because rewinding is a new concept..) and he said " the only problem is you'll have to sit here all day and watch the footage"...I told him that was absolutely not a problem I was more than willing to take the time and do so right or the following day since they were closing and he said they would be closed the next day so they would give me call to confirm a time following. As you could imagine, the phone call never came and my phone call went unanswered as have my questions... left unanswered and not taken serious. There was no action taken against the teacher until the situation was figured out and no effort at all to resolve the situation. So instead of doing things the 'right way' ..maybe they'll take things a little more serious when they get shut down for investigation. Signed, a very disappointed parent .
