I noticed some getting very irritated and I was surprised that no one from the back came up sooner to help. It was only when we were almost finished (swiping our credit card) that someone from the back came up to help the remaining customers. It seemed the lack of communication bw workers were the cause of it because if she just mentioned she was doing passports, I think someone from the back would have come up sooner.

Grand leap of logic there. Also, my camera was recording when the VP informed me that he would be estimate of replacement costs as a MINIMUM of 15% less of replacement costs, even though I have a replacement cost policy that entitles me to the full replacement cost. They also managed to make 3 or 4 house visits, once showing up completely unannounced, to 'check up on the dehumidifiers' that had already finished doing what they needed to do after 2 days. Milking the clock, thank god for camera footage in my living room. I hope they lose their contract for this, because this makes my pending legal action against Philadelphia Contributionship much, much simpler.
