She won't return emails or phone calls and when/if you do finally get a hold of her she lies to you and says she will speak to her accountant and get the money back to you (no money received) or that she sent the check in the mail (again no mail received). One lie after another. Their Concord location shut down because the entire staff quit and instead of informing parents of staff quitting, she had parents all show up to drop their kids off and walk up to a locked empty school. After speaking to the teachers, they quit because they weren't being paid by her!!!! So not only was she taking money from families, she wasn't paying her staff!!! She is a horrible person and someone I would never trust my child with. We paid for curriculum books and my child never received anything. She runs it like a daycare instead of an actual school. He in particular complained about not being able to remember math facts and other concepts taught in class. We decided Learning RX would be the perfect training to help him overcome these short falls, close gaps and get him ready for middle school. He was matched with the perfect trainer and all objectives were achieved and more! Our son is in 7th grade now and enjoys year round swimming, Boy Scouts and being in the National Junior Honor Society. He is a successful student in the accelerated STEM program at JN Fries Magnet School. Our daughter has always been a successful AIG student who balances many plates. We felt that Learning RX would help her do this more effectively and have not been disappointed. Through training with her perfectly matched trainer, she has been able to excel in all areas, both academically and extracurricular. She is an extraordinary student in the very accelerated International Baccalaureate program at JN Fries Magnet School.
