Steve Just showed up the next morning, fixed the problem and seeing as it had been running slower and slower in the past year, I had him take it to the shop to fix that problem as well. Early the next day, Steve showed up and like he said the day before, it was as though I had a new computer. Everything was back in place, and the speed was phenomenal.
