We contacted Garfield when we got the blue screen of death and could not boot up our PC after installing Windows 10 updates. He promptly fit us into his busy schedule, picked up our CPU and called us sometime later and then returned the unit. All this for an hour's labor charge. Then we had issues with SHAW and contacted Garfield via telephone and he gave us some excellent advice and information. What an awesome find......a knowledgeable, friendly reasonable service. read more

Garfield is the owner and creator of the Computer Guy. As a technician himself, Garfield recognised that seniors and at-home computer users needed just as much support as computer users did at work. He created this service and hasn't looked back since.

As a non-techie type (and a senior to boot!) I really appreciate a company like The Computer Guy. My guy was Garfield. He was so patient and took his time explaining everything so I could understand. This mobile technician is a very good idea for seniors in today's world. There is no way I was going to try to disconnect all those wires and carry my computer to a store. Thank you guys for the quick service over the weekend. I'm so careful what I open on the email and still got a virus. We had Garfield and Jobe and they were so nice and patient.
