I walk by this coffee shop all the time so I decided to stop in and I'm so glad I did. Stemma is a family owned coffee shop right in the middle of downtown focusing Nicaraguan coffee. It's much bigger than expected on the inside and they have a lot of seating, both inside and outside. It has a cozy feel, great for remote work. I ordered an iced mocha latte, since some of the flavors were too out there for me. This place has a lot of good options for adventurous coffee drinks. It was a pretty solid iced mocha latte, not too sweet. I will definitely try a more adventurous drink, like the horchata latte next time. read more

I've driven by Stemma Coffee probably 100 times and something always pulled me in. Today I finally stopped and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the Iced Dirty Mama: 2 shots of espresso with their house-made horchata milk and it was absolutely delicious. But what made this visit so much more than just a great drink was learning the story behind this place. Stemma was opened in honor of a late husband and father, and this mother and daughter duo are out here doing the damn thing in his name. They still don't have water available for patrons to help themselves which is pretty standard at a lot of coffee shops. This coffee shop exceeded my expectations. I stumbled upon this on my way to another aesthetic coffee shop but was drawn by the unique coffee offerings and better food options, in addition to it being closer to the Lynx Central station. I tried their signature El Guerito which had pineapple foam, biscoff, and coffee - well executed with a sweet and tangy balance with a tropical vibe matching the environment. I also got the croissant sandwich - sounds plain on paper but it has avocado, tomatoes, aioli, and egg, on top of choice of meat that I opted for bacon, and it was so delicious. The croissant was so flaky and buttery and overall was a nice filling brunch. An added bonus was that it had reliable WiFi and decent amount of seats that I had no problem finding a seat. read more

I just so happened to be in the downtown area and decided to check this place out. After looking at the menu I decided to try the croissant sandwich, and it was quite possibly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. It is huge compared to what you get at most places and it far more flavorful than your standard bacon, egg, and cheese. The shop itself has a very cool, modern, and clean design. It's on the smaller side, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I liked it so much I actually ordered the exact same sandwich on Uber Eats a few days later. First time visit and we are already looking forward to going back! What a beautiful space and the drinks are delicious. We tried an El Guerito and Cortado with La Naranja espresso recommended by Eva and carefully crafted by Hannah and both the service and the drinks were exceptional! We liked them so much we decided to try 2 more drinks ... the Dubai with pistachio syrup and an iced matcha latte and they were tasty too. All their coffees are sourced directly from their family farm in Nicaragua, and their syrups are made in house. 5 Stars for a family-owned coffee shop with great espresso (from their own family's Hacienda in Nicaragua) and a fantastic brisket sandwich. The coffee was REALLY good- you order at the register and I got a cortado so I could really taste the espresso. It was rich and aromatic and it was clear that they take pride in the heritage of the espresso as they have merch highlighting their family's Hacienda. I also got the brisket sandwich with was very filling and packed with flavor. It was a hearty lunch and didn't leave me any room in my appetite to try the pastries, unfortunately! The coffee was one of the freshest cups I have had in quite sometime. The coffee shop is cute and quaint. A handful of tables and places to sit for inside. Even a couple outside too. Jorge was very helpful as I was very indecisive of what to get but helped me and I think I made the right choice. I always get an espresso to go and was impressed with the richness of it. Visited STEMMA Craft Coffee for the first time last week with a friend, and I'm still thinking about it! We ordered the avocado toast topped with lightly roasted cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, a perfectly cooked egg, and a touch of balsamic glaze ~ absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The only thing I'd add is I would prefer any bread other than white as it was a bit too tough and hard to cut with a knife. I also had a latte, and wow, it was incredible. Smooth, rich, and clearly crafted with care. You can tell the baristas here know what they're doing. The Spanish girl who was assisting us was so wonderful and you could tell she likes her job which is refreshing! Parking was a bit tricky, but honestly, it's a small inconvenience compared to the quality of the food and drinks. Cozy vibe, friendly service, and amazing coffee. Was in the area and had to make a quick stop to get some coffee. Love the coffee here it's always perfect. Ambience is always so nice and staff is friendly. Tried el güerito coffee and it was delicious! I don't think pineapple would go with coffee but it matched perfectly. Also tried the beef empanada and the meat was so flavorful! The dulce prima is very refreshing to have, as both a latte and in a matcha! The spiciness from the fig jam and the nutmeg makes you feel warm despite the drink being iced. Though you can taste the fig flavor, it doesnt overpower the taste of coffee or the matcha which is great! Easily one of my favorite fall drinks I've tried! read more

Incredible service, wonderful atmosphere, delicious menu items! We visited Stemma for the first time a few weeks ago and the staff was helpful and attentive. We stayed for about 1.5 hours and planned a vacation on our laptops. We ordered a chai, regular latte, matcha latte, turkey sandwich and avocado toast. Everything was fresh and delicious! We also tried the coffee flan which was a hit too! As the staff cleared the table she asked how everything was and I told her it was our first time and we'd be back. TLDR ; good coffee & worth a visit but don't trust the cups. $7 - $9 price point. $1.25 non-dairy up charge -------- I was excited to try Stemma again because even though I hadn't been here in a few years, I always see it online and people seem to really like it. It's $1.25 up charge for non-dairy milk, and because they pre-batch recipes, they had to omit some ingredients. My coffee came out to $9.31 before tip. When I went to take the first sip, the coffee started dripping all over my clothes. After I cleaned up my clothes in the bathroom, I looked around and noticed everyone with straws in their coffees, I imagine because of the leaking cups. I do wish I was warned about the cups so I didn't have to spill it on my brand new outfit but it's not the end of the world. I think the inconvenience of not being comfortable walking around with a leaky cup will always deter me unless I have a different cup with me to use instead. The coffee was good but I really do hope they decide to invest in different cups. read more

Cute little coffee/tea cafe. Smells wonderful upon entering. They have limited seating inside. You walk up and place your order and they call your name once the order is ready. They have an assortment of pastries and hot food, coffee and tea. I got the Dirty Matcha and daughter got the FL Chai. We also ordered the beef empanadas for our breakfast. Beef empanadas come with powdered sugar on top. If I knew that I would've ordered without. They have shredded beef inside and it's absolutely delicious! The matcha was good, smooth and creamy. The FL Chai was very strong. So order only if you like that strong spice in your chai. Street parking since located in downtown Orlando. If no parking on Orange, try behind the building. The line was backed up when we arrived but appeared to be because the cashier would take an order then walk away and in no rush come back to take another order to then walk away again.
