Today was my second visit to Ligature & I cannot say enough about this place! The owner and baristas went above and beyond to meet my pregnancy cravings. Their customer service is outstanding and their lattes are delicious! I even got some roasted beans to grind at home which I can't wait to try. This is the perfect spot for either quality time/conversation or remote work, studying, as its not loud at all. I will certainly be back.

Love that SODO got a new coffee shop! It's got it all from an open airy space, to unique set of drinks and yummy pastries. We tried an iced citrus orange blossom matcha and a burnt honey latte. Enjoyed both drinks. The burnt honey latte is unlinke any other flavors I have tried. Highly recommend it! Great space to get some work done and to chat over coffee.

Came back to try other syrup flavors. Ended up falling in love with this orange blossom cappuccino. I will be back just for this Highly recommend checking them out. Great service and they really try to give the best recommendations on your coffee preference which I appreciate.

This place is so underrated! I love Ligature so much. Great drinks, service, playlist, and treats. My go-to is an oat latte with the orange blossom and burnt honey syrup and their guava & cheese pop tart. Their seasonal iced matcha elderberry drink was so unique and refreshing too. If you haven't been yet, go!!

I am so glad I stopped in today for my coffee fix. I came in for the draft latte and it did not disappoint. The barista let me sample it and it was absolutely delicious. Today they had the pineapple which sounded weird to me but it almost tastes like a tropical dirty chai latte. I love that they let you sample here. The staff were so nice and fast. It is a bit hidden without a big sign outside but the inside was so cozy and clean great to catch up on a few emails. I will definitely be back very soon to try all the new draft latte flavors!

Stopped in while grabbing a pizza next door. Never been here and the worker was friendly. I wasn't crazy about the on-draft options so I went with a burnt honey latte with oat milk to go. It was made very quickly and tasted good! Definitely leaves that burnt aftertaste. I think they used coffee ice cubes which was cool. Glad I stopped here.

What a great experience for coffee and company. I appreciate the fact that the music volume was soft which allowed for conversation to take place. There's ample seating. It was also nice to be able to sample the coffee on tap before committing. I do see myself coming back more often and am excited to see the menu rotate and baked good coming in!

The popular coffee pop up has landed in SODO! I have been waiting for this moment and so excited to check things out during soft open. There aren't any pastries yet but they are coming soon. The team is familiar faces and the coffee was delicious as always--I tried the toasted coconut syrup in my latte, very mild and smooth! The space is industrial and yet warm at the same time, full of color and gorgeous natural light. Congratulations, Ligature, I look forward to many more coffees in your new space!

Two hot lattes and our morning card game!

I am so glad we tried out Ligature this morning! While we may not be coffee experts, we always appreciate a welcoming environment. We tried the brown sugar vanilla and toasted coconut syrups- both so good! The hot lattes came in what I might consider the best mug ever. The drink ware was classy yet comforting. The baristas behind the counter were friendly and serviced with a smile which always makes a morning coffee better. Shoutout to them!! What I think always brings us back to our local favorites is the camaraderie we feel there. Two things I could say is that it would be nice if the plain wall going across the room might be a good opportunity for some local art! Also, I hope Ligature continues to grow and perhaps could be added to the Florida Coffee Culture Keychains! One last thing, if you're a local business owner who'd like more reviews and discussion about your new place, come up to your customers and make conversation. It means a whole lot to bring people back! Can't wait to come back!!

Absolutely incredible coffee drinks! The draft latte was incredibly unique and the drip coffee was outstanding.

I finally got a chance to come in! I'm so excited that my neighbor has a local and amazing coffee spot like ligature now! I've been a fan for years and I'm so excited this project come to life! We got the coffee on draft and the red tea, both were amazing. The decor is something I want my house to look like. 10/10.

The croquetas were perfectly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, and the Cuban sandwich was one of the best I've had--packed with flavor and made just right. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our meal. The ambiance was another highlight, with a beautiful tropical vibe that made it feel like a little getaway. Here is the honest breakdown: * The Coffee: Solid and well-prepared. It had good depth and rich flavor, easily the high point of the stop. * The Croquetas: Disappointing. They were noticeably overdone and arrived burnt, completely missing the mark on the crispy, creamy standard you expect from a Cuban spot. * The Atmosphere & Service: The biggest issue came down to basic courtesy. While I was using the restroom, an employee began knocking on the door. I clearly called out "occupied," only for her to start knocking again just moments later. It felt rushed, impatient, and entirely unprofessional. A good cup of coffee cannot carry a visit when the food quality is off and the service lacks standard manners. Hard to recommend when there are far better options around.

It is warm and welcoming, with display cases stacked with mouthwatering pastries and bites that make it genuinely hard to choose just one thing. Service was upbeat and patient even though the line kept moving. The staff did a nice job guiding first-timers through the menu and explaining the bakery items and drinks. I ordered: - Iced chai latte: honestly disappointing, it was not very rich or spiced and tasted a bit watered down - Empanada de carne (beef): hot, savory, and well-seasoned with a satisfying flaky crust - Hawaiian croissant (ham, white cheese, fresh pineapple): surprisingly good sweet and savory combo that worked better than expected I love how addicting and well the salsa de ajo pairs with the hot bites! The food overall was fresh and comforting, especially the baked items and savory bites. The chai just did not match the level of everything else. The vibe works for both grab-and-go and sitting down to linger. You can easily pop in for a quick bite or settle into a table and take your time with coffee and pastries. Prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes and variety. Parking was easy in the small lot when I went, though it could get tight during peak hours. Great for anyone who loves Latin bakery classics and savory comfort food. I would come back for the food, just not the chai.

The Food (or in this case drink) With just the right amount of honey and steamed milk and a great robust English breakfast tea, the tea was made perfectly! It truly was one of the best I've ever had! The Bottom Line Would I go back! You bet. In fact, as I write this review, I can taste that scrumptious tea as it calls me back. The interior is dark and moody, but minimal decor. Very sparse. Couch seating was comfy but close to the pool table behind (if someone is playing, you'll hear the CLACK of billiard balls very clearly). Staff are extremely knowledgeable of kratom/kava types, origin, trivia, etc. Felt very comfortable in their hands. JELLO SHOTS: Tasted as you'd expect! No hint of bitterness at all. NITRO LARGE (green kratom): HUGE. This is a STEIN. I split this with my partner and still struggled to finish it. Even unsweetened, this still tasted pretty inoffensive and light; like a bitter iced tea. I felt the effects only 5 mins later. According to the manager (owner?), they've only recently opened after taking over the previous business' space (another kava bar, surprisingly). Definitely recommend giving Pacific Dharma a shot.
