They are freshly roasted, available by mail, freaking delicious, and the service is super fast all things considered. I love a good locally roasted coffee and have tried and loved a few roasters but I think Javatino reigns as my top fave. The flavor profiles are just great. Yes, I'm that serious about my coffee. I am so glad I found them by chance when they were seven bites supplier (I don't think they are anymore), and I will continue to support them when I can.
