They have always gone above and beyond for my husband at his appointments. I'd specifically like to recognize Carol, Nevah, Tammy and Miranda who all had to assist us during the infusions but there were so many more staff members who helped, assisted and checked on my husband. We could not be more grateful for the attention and care we receive!

Next morning I went to my GP and he immediately admitted me to Ahuja ICU with severe blockage in one vessel. He also said he won't send any of his pts to Tripoint anymore. So sad that the only hospital and ER for that area is more dangerous than safe. UH you may as well close the ER dept there, you've closed and cut back everywhere else. I asked "Ben" a simple question. The question was: "is a rapid antigen test the same thing as…read moresending a sample to a lab?" He evaded the question several times, then got extremely rude with me. I went in for a rapid antigen test for Covid and for Flu. Ben told me I would only be paying the $125 out of pocket fee as long as my tests weren't sent to a lab. I got my test results within 15 minutes. My tests were not sent to a lab. I was then charged an additional $200 due to "the test being sent to a lab" - even though the samples were never sent to a lab. Ben did not offer any help whatsoever. He spoke to me like a conceited know-it-all, then he asked me to leave the building - while picking up the phone as if he was going to call the police. He acted completely unreasonable. Dodged my questions, offered no help, and acted outwardly rude. I contacted corporate to dispute the charges. Ben is not an upstanding employee. Very disappointing interaction.
