These tend to be a slight free for all - the shoes are just put out by size and customers just dive into the melee! The reason I rave about this company though is the customer service I received while making an international shipping order from their website. They were able to deliver to a tiny hotel in Lake Como, Italy, within a relatively limited time frame.
