I had an enjoyable breakfast sandwich here on a cold winter's morning. The service was fine. You order at the counter and wait till your food is ready to pay. My egg, cheese and Taylor ham on a bagel could have been a little warmer. But it was tasty. I ate it on the long table facing the window, looking out at piles of snow.

We are a family that swear by wheat products (gluten-free people don't really get along with us at mealtimes :-)) so our bread bin and pasta pantry are always full. Ever since we discovered Steins Bagels, we simply stopped buying bagels AND cream cheeses from other stores. Their bagels are deliciously chewy and satisfyingly substantial. Their cream cheeses are much tastier (and substantial) than the kind one can get from a deli in a regular grocery store. Many of their customers are regulars, and this family has joined their club :-)!

I stopped in because traffic took me a different way to work. Place looked nice and clean. Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. $3.20 !!!!! FOR A ROUND PEICE OF BREAD!!!! Anyway got to work and when I opened it, it just looked like a raisin bagel. Ok, let's see how it tastes. If it wasn't for the raisins there would be no flavor at all. Very disappointed. Disappointed at price and flavor. Go somewhere else

Was really looking to my bagel with cream cheese after waiting 20+ minutes and got a scooped bagel with cream cheese that was scraped off.

Everything bagel with lox, cream cheese, onion and capers.

Was staying at the Courtyard Marriott right across the stress and got tired of paying $20 bucks for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Found this and decided to try. I ordered the Bagel and Lox and it was so fresh and good! Definitely a better bargain then the Marriott! Customer service was quick and very friendly.

I had a terrible experience in this cafe, rude staff, and horrible gluten-free bagel and when I complained they told me there was nothing they could do. The gluten-free bagel was small, flat like a cracker, and dripping in butter. They wiped the bagel off, didn't wear gloves and when I told who looked like a manager or owner that this would be the last time I am coming to this place, she said good, don't come back. I sat down to try and eat the bagel and couldn't, I left it there and walked out. The cost of this disgusting bagel was $4.50, if she was smart and wanted to keep me as a customer she would have asked if she could make me something else or refund the money......

So far i've bought the bacon baked potato slice which is pretty filling, tasted good, and the price wasn't bad for a specialty slice! (I think it was under $5) I also got a plain slice, which was decent. The other times I've gone, I got a beef empanada, chicken empanada, and pork pupusa. The empanadas were delicious and if I had to pick out of two I'm more bias towards chicken. They were filled up decently and I bought 1 of each for under $6... the pork pupusa is pretty good too! If you've never had one, it's basically a flat empanada made out of cornmeal... never had a pork one but the filling was tasty... I'm use to pupusas being filled with either cheese or beans... so the pork filling was a nice surprise. They also serve Spanish hot food...which I'll probably order in the near future since their food is consistent. The only reason they're not getting 5 stars is because I don't think this is a restaurant, while the ambiance is decent, it's a great hole in the wall to grab decent food for a great price. The people who work there are friendly too.
