I took a softball to my front tooth at the age of 8 - and have had lots of work on my front tooth…read moreno. 8. I had a front tooth crown put on in 2008 that needed replacement. The previous crown was beautiful, so it was hard for me to let go, but it was time for it to be replaced. Dr. Amy Norman reassured me through every step of the process. She provided me with the best material possible and ensured that my new crown was absolutely perfect. She even sent the crown back to the lab to make sure the details were perfect - even had an additional crown made. I just wanted to thank Dr. Norman and Donita - the crown is even more lovely than I could imagine. I love it even more than my previous one and can't stop admiring it. Thank you for your attention to detail and providing the best. Thank you Donita for her patience, understanding, and care. If you want to transform your life - SMILE! Dr. Norman and her team are miracle workers! Thank you for helping me feel beautiful again!

I would not trust her with any other office because everyone is genuinely sweet and caring in every visit. Dr Norman is skilled at large scale dental changes and has a beautiful artistic touch that exemplifies quality work. She uses a full picture approach in working with her patients' history to make the present the best it can be and bring a better future should you choose to go further into cosmetic dentistry. Angie and Carolyn are very detailed in their cleanings and make sure you leave spotless. Thank you Dr. Norman & Co. for dedicating your time to ensuring parents leave with positive dental experiences and keeping your office so cozy!! See you in six months ;)

I'm not a fan of giving bad ratings but truly feel disappointed with this place…read more Took my nephew there for his cavity filling. His dentist came out to greet him and his mom, explain the procedure, walked neohew and his mom to the room. Then the receptionist escorted his mom to the waiting room where I was. She said, "It's best if you're not there. He needs to learn to be without his mommy." WTF! You don't refuse a child from their parent(s) when there's a medical or dental procedure of a recently turned 5 year old! I completely understand kids need to learn independence one way or another but the fact that they "kicked her out" of the room where her son was in WHILE he was screaming for her, is completely unacceptable. Then the receptionist tried schooling nephew's mom on how to "let go." Are you f***ing kidding me?! He was forced to sit in the dentist chair and scream/cry for 45 minutes while his mother was NOT allowed to go in the room with him. Honestly, I think everything would've been fine if she were there. All his other appointments were a breeze with her in the room. After 45 minutes, the dentist pretty much refused to fill his cavity because he "wasn't behaving" in his chair. Well duh, if you don't let his mom in and assistants are holding him down he's gonna freak the hell out. Dentist had the audacity to refer him somewhere else and "waive" the fee for today's appt. Yet when she met with him and his mom, she bragged how great she was with kids his age. How she can handle screaming kids. Yet she couldn't work on him. Never even started the procedure!! Definately DON'T recommend this place for kids or people who don't do well with dentists. You never know, they might refer you somewhere else cause they can't handle your child or you. Very unprofessional, in my opinion.
