They were gentle and kind and didn't make me feel guilty for it. Every person I spoke to was delightful and compassionate. They gave me option with no pressure. They also seem super high tech, not just telling me what they're seeing in a way I could understand, but showing me with their nifty 3D scan of my actual teeth. Overall it was a way better experience than I could have expected. I still had my anxious moments but they responded with kindness and went at my pace without any pressure or expectation. I am thankful to call them my new dentist and that they helped me work on my New Year's resolution of taking better care of my teeth.

Even on a rainy day it's quick and dry to get into the building. The lobby has a lovely vibe and is a nice place to wait. Always a fun cooking show on the tv to enjoy. Debbie, the receptionist, is part of what makes this place magic. She is warm, kind, helpful, and so so lovely. She treats each client like family and always goes out of her way to be kind and helpful. Whether it's squeezing me in to a last min appointment before I go out of town, calling my insurance to answer questions for me/give me a lower rate, keeping me stocked up on whitening supplies, or just making me feel valued- she is there! I love how they let you watch tv during appointments. They settle you in with laughing gas (if requested), a cozy blanket, headphones, a fresh chapstick, and the remote to the ceiling tv so you can get situated and comfy for any procedure. We got all the paperwork out of the way pretty quick, next to X-ray, and off to anesthetics. The nurse was so caring, it seemed unreal, she really didn't like causing me pain, so very appreciated. She let the anesthetics do their job for a few, seemed the right thing to do, next thing I knew, time to go home for everyone. Can't recommend them enough, the amount of care seemed to me untouchable. If you're like me & don't care to visit the dentist, I believe this might be the place for you too. I had my wisdom tooth extracted here, I have severe fear of needles but the dentist took good care of me. Also, the dentist who did my root canal is the kindest and most empathetic dentist I have ever met, with my fear of needles I know I'm not the easiest patient to deal with but Lake Stevens Modern Dentistry made seeing dentists tolerable. Cost was clearly explained to me, so I know how much it would cost without surprises.
