Told him I prefer to limit x-ray exposure. "Only a few would be taken" 17 x-rays and 2 x 360 degree because he screwed up the first one. Then 2 procedures recommended which a second opinion said were unnecessary. All that combined with scheduling error and wrong insurance plan billed. I suggest avoiding this practice.

The previous crown was beautiful, so it was hard for me to let go, but it was time for it to be replaced. Dr. Amy Norman reassured me through every step of the process. She provided me with the best material possible and ensured that my new crown was absolutely perfect. She even sent the crown back to the lab to make sure the details were perfect - even had an additional crown made. I just wanted to thank Dr. Norman and Donita - the crown is even more lovely than I could imagine. I love it even more than my previous one and can't stop admiring it. They were gentle and kind and didn't make me feel guilty for it. Every person I spoke to was delightful and compassionate. They gave me option with no pressure. They also seem super high tech, not just telling me what they're seeing in a way I could understand, but showing me with their nifty 3D scan of my actual teeth. Overall it was a way better experience than I could have expected. I still had my anxious moments but they responded with kindness and went at my pace without any pressure or expectation. Dr. Koontz has done a fantastic job of perfectly putting his dream team together. My beloved Lexi moved, but I've now seen Anna as my hygienist for the last couple years, and I absolutely ADORE her! I'm so excited for my appointments because I feel like I get to catch up with my friend. She's very thorough, careful, considerate, and sweet. Their new facility is absolutely gorgeous. You will be in a private room with state of the art equipment. The receptionists are great, and everything works like a well oiled machine. I'm so grateful to have found this practice. They are the best of the best!
