I met with a few florists, but I always left feeling like they either didn't fully understand my vision or weren't willing to work with my budget. Meeting with Foxglove Floral completely changed that. During our Zoom consultation, we went through my entire vision, and for the first time I felt like someone truly saw what I was trying to create. They were just as excited about my ideas as I was. They also took the time to understand my budget and helped me find creative ways to make everything work without sacrificing the overall look I wanted. When I walked into my wedding, I honestly couldn't believe how beautiful everything was. They brought my vision to life even better than I had imagined. Every arrangement, bouquet, and floral detail fit the aesthetic perfectly and made our venue feel absolutely magical. My wife was very clear about what she wanted for her flower crown, and thankfully we decided to go in for a test run because it was not what she had asked for at all. They had to completely redo it. When it came time for the wedding, she clarified once again what she wanted, and luckily she did, because they were about to make it wrong again. In the end, they did get it right, but it took a lot of us staying on top of them to make sure it happened. I also gave them specific instructions for my boutonnieres. I requested that they include feathers from certain birds that I hunt, and I personally supplied the feathers. Even after showing them in person exactly what I wanted, they still did them incorrectly. On top of that, I asked if there were any leftover feathers to please save them so I could pick them up afterward. They never let us know if there were extras, and I believe they were simply thrown away. The bouquets and corsages were fine, but overall we were disappointed with the customer service and the lack of attention to the specific instructions we gave. For something as important and personal as wedding flowers, we expected better communication and better listening. Unfortunately, I would not recommend bringing my business here.

I'm really conflicted writing this review because my first experience with Bloomique was…read moreincredible. My husband sent me an all-white arrangement for our anniversary and it was absolutely gorgeous. It was thoughtfully styled, beautifully arranged, and clearly made with care. I was seriously blown away. Because of that experience, he ordered from here again for Valentine's Day, requesting another all-white arrangement at the same price point. Unfortunately, the difference in quality and design was extremely disappointing. I completely understand the demand around Valentine's Day but the arrangement I received felt rushed, poorly composed, and nowhere near the level of craftsmanship of the one from our anniversary. Knowing how beautiful their work can be made this especially frustrating. The inconsistency between the two arrangements was surprising. I'm sharing this honestly because the anniversary flowers set such a high standard and I wish the Valentine's Day arrangement had reflected that same care.

Funeral happened very fast and had to order after closing on a Friday for a Monday holiday delivery. The two stars are for the freshness of the flowers and getting them there on time (I don't know if they went to the funeral home on Saturday or the chapel on Monday but they were there for the viewing.) The website gives you two choices, both are florist designed so you don't really know what you're going to get. Choices are "soft and delicate" or "bright and bold." No funeral flower section but one of the reviewers mentioned them doing a good job on funeral flowers so I thought it would work out. Chose "soft and delicate" at the $150 "amaze them" price point. There was an added $9 product mark up (for what?) and $9.99 delivery and I tipped $15. (How you're supposed to tip in advance is always a mystery to me.) I wrote in my checkout notes to please contact me on Saturday. Saturday morning I had not heard from anyone and I sent an email. My bad there, should have called, but wanted to send a picture of the preferred arrangement type and colors and you can't do that over the phone. These flowers needed to somewhat match the families and absolutely had to be a standup spray. Even a standup spray of all carnations would probably have been OK if they had been soft pinks or purples. Yikes, I was so embarrassed, had someone ever called me or emailed back, but it never happened. Got the sense they just wanted the $$ and don't care about customer service. If you know flowers, I can tell you that wholesale, this was no more than $50 max to create, and that's erring high on the estimate. The colors were absolutely wrong, honestly, I would call these "bright and bold." Certainly not worth the $200 with tax that I paid for them, although I would still tip because they got them there on time. Two star rating is due to the poor communication.
