They don't seem to know what they are doing, because when we had them come back to look at our concerns, they THEN came up with more "problems" we needed to spend more money on for them to fix. I feel like they didn't look at the scope of the situation from the beginning, and they have only made the situation worse. They did agree to attempt to fix two of the helical structures that are under warranty, but I honestly am worried that it's going to cause something else to break. The level of stress this has caused is off the charts, not to mention destroying our yard in the process.
