They use a lighter roast with some acidity which is my general preference (no burnt taste), and they make a very solid cappuccino. Baked goods are also quality and they do tasty sandwiches with fresh and seasonal ingredients. It's $15 for a sandwich, with 25% off for day-old sandwiches (which is such a great idea from a food sustainability perspective). Ambiance has a cool hipster vibe with big windows, lots of natural light, and wooden tables. It's a great place to get some work done or catch up with a friend. Service is always friendly and polite.
