(I can't speak to the one that is currently across from Six Flags) Anyway, he's always been fair, honest and able to fix any issue I've had. I followed him from Eureka to Staunton, even when I moved away from Eureka up to Chesterfield. To me, the customer service and knowing that my camper was in good hands and was going to be fixed properly, is worth the drive. This last fix took longer than usual but I believe they are dealing with finding good employees. I am hoping that the situation improves and that he is able to stay in business. I will continue to have my camper serviced with Hawk's for as long as possible. Thanks Randy!

I knew damn well I didn't need rotors and after coming here I was made aware I didn't really need pads either and that the squeak in my braking was a little defect in the rotor that might have been caused by dust. So they squared me away with the simple tire rotation. As an individual that can't afford thousands of dollars in repairs unless it's absolutely needed I really appreciated the honesty. But within a month of having the car I go to check if there is a spare and as were were told there previous owner had a litter box in the trunk and had little to none back there in the trunk above the spare tire area. I lifted the spare tire platform to an overwhelming smell of cat litter, seen that there was some on the side of the spare tire. Just vacuum it No worries right? I lifted the tire and found an entire litter box of dirty litter. I was not informed about this when I bought the car nor was I informed about the blown speakers. Please if you are reading this. Do not buy any vehicle from this bunk ass dealership. Save your money for a better car or more reliable and clean car. This car just broke down on me and I'm having to spend thousands on it as well... Dan the owner of this dealership does not! I repeat DOES NOT DO GOOD BUISNESS! The least you can do when im paying 4k+ is clean the damn car. This is just outright lazy and disgusting. Thanks for answering about the mirror you were supposed to send in too Dan! You're really just the "best" dealership to deal with. I know I made my mistakes with not checking the vehicle out. Don't get me wrong it's a good car. But for you to not even clean it properly before high balling the fuck out of it, says A lot about yourself Dan. No wonder there's no money to be made on the cars you sell... you don't have the hustle in you to even clean one to sell it. Mind you I'm 17. He definitely just wanted to make a quick buck of off someone who just doesn't know better.
