manager there is an ass**** he was "helping" me while having the cheesiest grin on his face, all I…read moreneeded was a simple battery exchange, he tested my battery bad, good, then refused to test it after I went to O'Rileys (right down the street) where Hannah and Roy tested my battery on 3-4 separate occasions and it continually tested bad. ended up walking out of auto zone after the manager ripped my receipt out of my hand after I was holding it in my hand for him to see it. as I was leaving he made a rude comment of "your a rude person, your going to have so much trouble in life acting like this" and all I was doing was trying to get my battery that is definitely bad. replaced through the 2 year warranty on it, also the hour or two that I had to leave said battery there for them to charge it he looked up my name and my dads name and our phone numbers in their system and when I returned to pick up the battery he was interrogating me on who the warranty was under, IT WAS MY UNCLE. simple, but not for this guy. defiantly NOT going back here, id suggest going to O'Rileys they are so nice and helpful.

My mom and I were on a roadtrip from Oklahoma to Toronto on…read moreJune 30th at around 8:55pm and our whole drivers side wheel well liner and underbody deflector ripped off and was hanging and hitting the tire! It was a terrifying situation and all of the auto repair shops in the area were about to close in a minute so I called this Autozone, explained our situation and asked if they could stay open so we could make sure nothing else was ganna fall off our car. They said it wasn't a problem and waited for us to drive up. It was these 2 wonderful gentlemen who came out and gave our car a look over. I feel bad that I can't remember their names but one of them had the brilliant idea of zip tying this hole that was missing a screw. The other gentleman told us where the closest auto repair places were in the area so we could take it to get serviced the next day. My mom and I were so thankful that they stayed open for us so late at night and right before closing! The zip ties have been holding up so far and when we took the car to a Honda dealership the next day they said it was good quick fix until we get to Toronto to do an actual repair job! Thank you so much you two for taking care of us last minute like that! It's our first roadtrip so it was mortifying to have the car just fall apart like that!

Stephanie owns the place & Is the nicest person I have ever dealt with in the salvage business. She's always Friendly, Very Honest & Very Helpful. The right latch has been sticking for about a month or two. As last Tuesday was a nice warm day I thought I'd look at it to see if I could see what was causing the sticking. I opened the topper and dropped my tailgate, then gently closed the topper. Both latches, left & right, jammed. I couldn't raise the topper & the tailgate was down. After trying various things and nothing worked I finally removed the 2 latches and cleaned them. Thinking that that might take care of the problem I re-attached the latches. They jammed again. I removed both so I could close the tailgate, then I called Mid America Truck Tops & Trailers and spoke with Gerad. I explained the situation & asked if they could check it out the next day, he said they could. I showed up & explained what I had determined the problem was. They took the truck back to the shop and had to drill new holes, re-attached the latches then made any necessary adjustments. It took them maybe 30 minutes. They were puzzled as to why it happened as I was. Mid America Truck Tops & Trailers at Gerad was very courteous and friendly. These are great people to do business with. They have several kinds of trailers in stock for sale and their service is amazing.
